Looking to ride with someone from New England

Recommended Posts

If anyone is driving from the New England area I need a ride. Due to health concerns, I'd rather not fly and can not drive by myself.

I have a nice place to stay about half way in Western Pennsylvania at my "Camp". (It's nicer than many homes)

I am willing to share expenses and use my Expedition which can carry a lot of gear.

I can drive around two hours from RI to meet up.

Scranton/Wilkes Barre (actually Hazelton on Rte 80) is about four hours out Larry, a little less with a good tailwind. If I took care I could make it there, my worry is more on the way home after several busy days.

SWMBO worries about me driving alone.

It's sad really, I used to think nothing of jumping in the truck and driving the eight hours out to camp on a Saturday to shoot a 3D with my friends on Sunday morning then driving home after the shoot and the walking for five hours in the mountains that a 3D shoot involves.

Two hours is about Darien or Danbury, Ct; Springfield, Mass and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
