tyu
Hi, I have a set of RF-3II and RC-3II, I bought it three years ago for music listening, now I am trying to complete it as a HT set, but having trouble finding RS-3II. If I have to use different model/brand, what would you recommend? Thanks for reading and I appreciate any input. Regards, Tong
cjgeraci
RS35s. They were the replacement for the RS3IIs. However, I am an advocate of direct radiating surrounds because of their superior performance for multi-channel music vs. not losing that much on the movie end (vs. WDSTs). Why not just go with a pair of RB35s for surrounds? Put them on stands if you have to (did this with RB75s for awhile). Carl.
D-Rex
I use RB5's purchased off EBAY. I suppose RB-35s would work as well but the copper woofers won't match the II series. Otherwise, just keep an eye out on EBAY, I see a set or two come across every once in a while. D
STL
You can use another set of RF-3s or some RB-5s for your rears. Depending on what you listen to and your room layout, they might work just as well or better than RS-3s.
shane_0_mac
I would go with RS-35's, I really like my RS-35's, if you do not want the WDST speakers then go with the RB-35.
