Spkrdctr Posted July 31, 2005 Share Posted July 31, 2005 Wow, I must say WOW! I have not rented a movie that is THX in a long time, seems not many are going that route... Anyway, I rented the Incredibles last night and even without my surround system being setup, I have just the front three at the moment, the sound was AMAZING compared to the last 30 movies I have rented that were not THX. The voices were so easy to hear, the sounds were crisp and clean, it made my cheap reciever sound like a Krell. I was jaw dropping amazed! Plus this is in normal 5.1 mode, as my reciever does not have a THX mode. I have to hand it to the THX engineers, it is head and shoulders above the "normal" sound on regular movies. THX is the only way to go. The movie producers need to ante up the money for the soundtrack, it is well worth it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
