pauln
http://cgi.ebay.com/KLIPSCH-KLIPSCHORN-FLOORSTANDING-SPEAKERS-price-reduced_W0QQitemZ7550246292QQcategoryZ60315QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem How many problems can you find with this one? "Buy it now" price only available through an email? "Brand new" bought in 1992? What's that round thing in the mid horn on the right? "No reserve", but he says he is doing this a second time because reserve was not met the first time? "Free shipping", but says he refuses to ship under any circumstances. "Amazing real deal only 1000$", I guess this is the new way to say he wants a $1000 deposit as he states later. $1000 deposit - what if the auction finishes less than $1000 (there is no reserve)? Anyone brave enough to do this? Paul

Olorin
Item located in San Jose, CA, but he's a member since Feb 19, 2005, in UK? He's also selling this item, but it's in Beverly Hills, and you use a different AOL address to contact him? His feedback is seven but he currently has SIXTY items for sale? That's enough for me. ACDCRB25
http://cgi.ebay.com/Klipsch-Heresy-Model-H-700-Loudspeaker-Speaker-Speakers_W0QQitemZ5812025279QQcategoryZ61378QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem On the other hand, this is the best I've seen... pictures forever and a guarantee! Paul I defintly like too see what this seller did as apposed too the questionable selling stratagey (albeit mostly if not compeltly non existant one that the other seller tried)... I enjoy seeing in depth photographs showing ANY and all things that could potentially be wrong with an object.... like say per example on autotrader someone posted a car with a generic picture, and another person posted one with like 10 or so pictures showing everything on the car or at least the problem areas. I would be 1000 times more likely to buy from the in depth photo lister then the generic one. As you can see an potential problems the car has and think of a remedy too em. oscarsear
I think this was pulled once from e-bay already. Don't know if e-bay did it or the seller.
oscarsear
Feedback was all for items purchased...small items at that...and overseas, mostly the U.K. All other items for sale are on a 24 hour auction clock. All are out of San Jose, Cal. NO paypal "excepted" and so on...... A lot of stereo gear (even BOSE oooooh). Maybe the guy laundering stolen goods. The "free ship" on the Khorns means "you pick them up", which is after all free.[]
codhead
This screams fraud! Look at his other auctions. No freakin' way is this legit.
Shade
Didn't get a chance to see it, but ebay pulled the auction. Following the link goes to " This listing (7550246292) has been removed by eBay or is no longer available."

codhead
Here it is. AOL is not the fastest, and it's a 1Mb file. Worth the wait if you want to see a real scam! http://www.members.aol.com/threetriodes/ebay1.pdf

fini
I emailed the seller last night, asking him to clarify the price. Here's his reply: "hi. my Klipschorns is in very good condition and will work 100 % . price is 900 $ with shipping and handling included. As delivery service we use UPS 2 days air service or overnight (with insurance and 15 days return policy), because it's the faster also free. And if you will have a quick payment, we must also have a quick delivery. So that's why we use as a payment method Western Union money transfer, the fastest and also very secure way of sending money. So, if you agree with my terms I'm sure that we can close the deal as soon as possible. Waiting your quick answer right now, THANK YOU " Gee, do you really think it's a scam??
