Just place that box inside another box just like it, but allowing about 3-4 inches of foam filled volume on all surfaces between the second box and the first and then ship it FedEX! [] Best of luck! I mean I get more gear here then most and good percentage of it could be packaged better but I get very little damage for the most part. What kills you is when the customer pays hard earn money to the UPS store to do the packing and they half a$$ it like they did on the EICO I just finished. They turned what was suppose to be a quick 3 hours job for a previous customer into a 2 days ordeal from hell. The amp is singing again but the cage for it is ruined.
