DrWho
I asked her what kind of paint and this is what she told me: :jo sonya wood paints :carbon black: PBk.7 :and burnished copper :and that doesnt have a number :it says micaceous pigment mix I must confess that It makes absolutely no sense to me, but she manages an art store so she probably knows her stuff (I suppose that might be enough info to go find it yourself too). I still have to wait 2 weeks before I will be going home and be able to see it!
skonopa
That is exactly the same way I've done mine. I used gloss black paint for the base with copper modelling paint to fill in the letters and the outer border. I'll have to post up a picture.
