Someone just figured out how to color poly woofers copper perhaps? That surround looks interesting with a 6x9 or whatever on the edge. Spot on with Trademark on the cerematallic material there colter. I'm holding a Klipsch brochure and they have a TM next to the word. Posted December 4, 2005 Share Posted December 4, 2005 Guys, these are the same off brand speakers Acoustic sound design was pushing , when in addition they were selling gray market Klipsch products. They got nailed by Klipsch, and now sell the Synergy stuff, authorized by Klipsch, along side there Acoustic brand junk........ Plus the article quoted was from 2004............. I have also seen another post on S & V's forum about these speakers and reviews from some different magazines. But we all know who they are trying to imitate or duplicate! Jay481985 Posted December 10, 2005 Share Posted December 10, 2005 cerametallic material may have been trademarked but if they did not trademark the color, unique pattern, etc etc they could technically use a different material that offers the same copper woofers. Kinda like pepsi and coke where they are almost the same. I been reading up on patent laws cause i have a idea.
