Klipsch Speakers "Look Alike"

I'd think Klipsch would have a trademark on that cerametallic material. Wonder what those cones are made of? Someone just figured out how to color poly woofers copper perhaps?

That surround looks interesting with a 6x9 or whatever on the edge. Gosh, even the horns looks close, but they're definitely Tractrix design.

Will check out the specs if I can find em.

I don't trust this guy's ears. Sounds like a paid commercial.

Guys,

these are the same off brand speakers Acoustic sound design was pushing , when in addition

they were selling gray market Klipsch products. They got nailed by Klipsch, and now sell

the Synergy stuff, authorized by Klipsch, along side there Acoustic brand junk........

Plus the article quoted was from 2004.............

cerametallic material may have been trademarked but if they did not

trademark the color, unique pattern, etc etc they could technically use

a different material that offers the same copper woofers. Kinda like

pepsi and coke where they are almost the same. I been reading up on

patent laws cause i have a idea. Kinda like how McDonalds trademarked

the golden arches making sure golden is in the wording.

well you cannot patent certain things but things that differentiate you

from your competitors... but blose always tries to patent mathematical

formulas too call them their own??? yes mathematical formulas are not

patentable. But you know the square kicker woofers are patented...
