tigerwoodKhorns
I need some soldering lugs for some x-overs I am building (JBL stuff). Where can I get them? I like the ones that Al uses in his ALK's. Are those available at Rat Shak? (I don't want to mail order $2 worth of parts). Chris

tigerwoodKhorns
I think that we all understand this deep dark secret in as much as Al has it posted on his website. Thanks guys. Chris
Tom Mobley
you wouldn't believe what I had to go through to get those things when I first built my ALKs. everybody was out of stock, none of the usual suspects like mouser had any, etc, etc. Whatta PITA. ajsons
I needed a replacement terminal block for my N3 crossover, with soldering pins protruding inside the box, searched all the electrical catalogs at the office, but nobody sells them. Then I found out (thru closer inspection) that those soldering terminals are the same ones Al uses, and I had them the whole time. @#%^&*(&). You buy the terminal board and soldering terminals (make sure they're the same type..Y141 or whatever), remove all the screws from the term board, insert the soldering terminals thru the holes, screw them in place and presto! (No wonder they're on the same Mouser catalog page). Al, was that another one of your secrets? No more secrets, Al. That's another internation-AL law.
