Frzninvt
Those are butt jointed C-BR's they are just stained Cherry, the veneer is not Cherry just so that you guys are aware.
colterphoto1
Good eye there Charles. I was looking for the S/N tags that would have also told that info. People, these are BIRCH wood, stained cherry. NOT CHERRY VENEER.
ancientdude
I am La-Scalating so to speak, Yes these are stained.

colterphoto1
what do you think real Cherry or any other good quality hardwood would sell for in a CW (not oak or walnut, got enough of those) I'm thinking Cherry, Teak, something somewhat rare or non-factory. Jeremy There was a pair of CHERRY Cornwalls for sale here a couple weeks ago by member Joshnich. They were purdy.
ranjith
I was revising my list of things to buy if I win the lottery, the old school springer harley on top of my list was just replaced by cornwalls last night. Perhaps a deco pair? *sigh* lottery
JohnWhite
I've got a pair of CW II in burch raw that need to be refinished, Im thinking about doing a nice cherry veneer, or rosewood. Havent decided yet. Not sure if Im going to keep them after im done or not, I might see about moving up a level. []
ancientdude
Thank you for the correction, I wasnt aware of the difference~! I feel really bad! haha...it was done in all innocence, so much to learn!
Frzninvt
Gilbert bought the what I believe are Factory OEM Cherry Cornwalls from Joshnich they should make another nice addition to his Klipsch herd. I did not see the photos but I am sure they are nice. Remember that TravisC bought the super rare Hard Rock Maple factory finished 1973 Vertical Cornwalls with cane grills and matching creme paint around the front lip and on the back panel. It is not likely anyone else will see a pair of HRM Corns anytime soon.
