flannj
How about your favorite inside album cover art... My all time favorite is from ZZ Top's Tres Hombres album. This picture doesn't do it justice Hmmm... 1973 ... a case of the munchies do to []... staring at a big double spread photo of Mexican food... yeah, that'll bring back a memory or two. Allan Songer
Let's step into the avant garde on this beautiful Friday morning. I have always loved the mid-60's ESP jackets (and MOST of the music too!). I never reccomend these albums to anyone because when I have in the past they become very confused--they don't understand how I could like Johnny Hodges and Sonny Simmons EQUALLY. Anyway, this is the GREAT Sonny Simmons LP "Staying on the Watch" from 1966 with Teddy Smith on bass, John Hicks on piano, Barbara Donald on trumpet and Marvin Pattillo on percussion.
