mmiles
CEDIA is in Denver this year. You need to be in the biz or connected to get in. CES, in Las Vegas - January, is open to the public. Regards, Mike

Moderators dtel Posted August 15, 2006 Moderators Share Posted August 15, 2006 Well I would think you are "connected " full time.
Hunt
When it was in INdy last year, I "snuck" in one of the doors that wasn't being watched to closely by the security guards. Walked around for hours and no one said a thing to me. It was pretty cool. Lots of free information, pamphlets, books, magazines, and lots of "eye candy." Even if you didn't get into the main showroom floor, there were plenty of booths that were open to the public.
mmiles
Trey, if you have time, ring me on my cell (443.614.2067), it would be my pleasure to pick up lunch or spill a beer on ya for all the help you have given over the years. Hunt, even though you snuck in past the crack security team most vendors really don't discuss the "nubbies" until you can validate your purpose... The dude from Ole Miss (sorry I forgot your screen name - my bad), no I'm not connected full time by no means. Just know many people and I "dabble" in A/V more so for fun and to support my addiction. My "day job" provides me with 99.5% of my income --- . Regards, Mike
