Indentifying different years of cornwall/heritage

How do you classify by the serial number what year a heritage speaker is. Like there is Cornwall with a serial number of 5N831 and type CD-BR. What does the type stand for also? I thought this would help me and other people when looking for heritage klipsch speakers to know what years they are without asking all the time.

That's what i thought but wasn't sure. I wonder what the other numbers mean then. At this model year did they have the good woofers and tweeters in them. I know all cornwalls do but I was reading about what year was the best and i wonder if these are a good year.

75 cornwalls should have the K-33 woofer - K-55V midrange with the K-600 horn and the round magnet K-77 tweeter. whats in them today you will have to pull the backs off and look inside.

as far as the pie slice logo you will have to show a picture of the speaker. 75 was the last year for that logo which was glued on. my 68's and 71,72 and 74 logos are all nailed on.

pie slice logo's are in the upper right and left hand corners. these grills do not have them. looks like brand new cloth. klipsch sells the new version of the pie slice logo that they use on the cornwall 3. last time i bought a set they were like 12 dollars each.
