Horizontal Cornwalls

If you have a couple of people interested in Cornwall centers and changing locations isn't an issue one could expect to get more by splitting them up. How much more is a function of the current market. If they're in really nice shape, it might be a shame to split them up but then it ain't my dollar we're talking about.

Steve - As you know, I have one up here in Wisconsin that you, and only you, can have at a "very very attractive" price![;)] Of course, I would also be interested in the mate! Wish you could have made it up for the get together a couple of weeks ago and glad to see you posting again.

I'd keep them together -especially if they were custom veneered. I'd imagine a horizontal CW would work better for a center channel anyway - the high frequencies wouldn't be off to the side a bit.

While I don't know why they were made that way for 2 channel (very large "bookshelf?"), they seem to be the ticket for a 5.1 system since they can "lay low" below an HD TV or projection on the wall.

If you decide to sell, I am VERY interested.

in Chicago area

Steve

Chicago is only 6 hours away so we could meet halfway if you are serious. He's only 2 channel and his wife wants him to shrink the foot print. I'm trying to sell some Choruses, so maybe I can trade him and sell the Horizontal Cornwalls. His wife is involved so I'm not sure how it will go.

Did you want the pair or just one? I will get some pix if he decides. I don't think I can lose on the trade.
