Allan Songer
Allan, Where you been? Out cruisin' with the wife in that beautiful pickup? Bruce Uh, actually I'm sitting here depressed as hell at the prospect of laying off 50 people over the nest 2-3 weeks. The writer's are on strike and our business will shrivel to about 10-15% of normal revenue during the strike. It's going to be a long, cold, SH!TTY winter in Los Angeles. Marvel
I was wondering how that was going to affect you. Pretty awful thought.
boomac
Yeah! Good to hear from you Allan. (edit - sorry to hear about your woes) <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I had the rotator-cuff surgery Tuesday so Ive been sitting around listening to a bunch of music for several days. It aint been easy pullin LPs out but Ive managed with only a couple drops! The BAT/WT combo is really pretty good. Heres another Basie LP that I really enjoy. garymd
The wife and I just finished listening to this one. Fantastic album!
ben.
You beat me to it, Gary! Excellent record - like a studio version of ...at the Sands. Bummer, Allan. I hope for your sake it's resolved soon. I can live without new TV episodes, but the pain this could cause for so many people is very real - a lot of us don't think about these things.
