If all their body parts grow in proportion, then a big old gator would have a large brain, by gator standards at least. He might have increased reasoning ability in addition to a lifetime's experience and wisdom (by gator standards again). Have any scientists ever thought of doing intelligence testing on various sizes of gators? Come to think of it, maybe it's better and safer to just think about questions like that.
