I'm not sure I understand why Klipsch would be interested in this, unless the poster desires to reproduce these for sale? My thought was that he is looking to replace the plastic faceplate of his personal speakers.

Thanks Bob, I'll forward this on Monday.

Here's some first thoughts.

1. Not a good idea- building any speaker panel of solid hardwood would be prone to splits, warps, resonances. We use MDF, plywood, and plastic fascias for very specific reasons. The horn is molded as part of that fascia panel so that's going to be pretty difficult to duplicate in solid walnut.

2. Perhaps he's just interested in some custom installation and wishes to mount these in wall cavities somehow. If that's the case I wonder what his plan for the ports is.

3. If he's really thinking of bootlegging Klipsch speakers he might wish to reconsider.

Next thing you know...10 orders for logo's will be placed...2 at a time of course..and using serial numbers posted on this forum, ebay, or CL.
