jwagner166
Bad day for me Years ago I bought the pro media 4.1 for my comp, was highly impresed. It quit working a few years back so I replaced with pro media 5.1, loved both, but it has quit working a couple months ago. Now today my ksw10 for my home theater has now died I really love the sound quality of klipsch have bragged to all my friends and anyone who asked my advise. I now can no longer keep replaceing equipment like this. I guess I now have to sacrifice sound quality for durability. I will no longer buy klipsch or recomend them, but again klipsch has the best sound out there to me but quality lacks bad.
wuzzzer
Sorry about your problems. Klipsch customer service is great though and they will definitely help you with problems you have. Also, your post reads like a long haiku. []

seti
I havent ever contacted klipsch on these issues because every item ive had go bad has after warranty cant afford klipsch anymore That is too bad you should have given them a call in any case. The tech support is good. Look at the heritage line. It was/is made so good it just keeps on playing.
