  1. Yep this movie kicked some serious buttocks. I got to see it on my system finally.
  2. Thanks Diamond45 I will have to give it a try one of these days.
  3. Synth, Yeah I like to mix it up a bit. I currently got four browsers Safari Opera Ie6 Firefox They all offer something to the table. I just got the Zune theme, and I am currently checking out punksoftwares rocketdock. That's pretty cool so far.
  4. That's Eddy right now he is doing REAL good. He his pimping a new amp and cab line, and his son I believe will be on bass. If he stays sober he will blow it up on the guitar!
  5. Well I'm not sure this will work I'm trying out the fire fox browser. So I have no idea what I'm doing. There is suppose to be a photo attached of Eddy now.
  6. Sure now it's back to normal. I had Picky's avatar for awhile there.
  7. LOL someone is messin with my account I look different.
  8. Edit: Obviously, hmmm still waiting for a rental if I had a larger screen I would most likely purchase this dvd. I'm not so sure it would look so grand on a 27 inch 4 to 3 ratio with bars on top and bottom.
  9. What about the other way around? I would like to take tunes I got in my computer cd's I rip, and then make a complimation to tape. Stick rockin a tape deck in the vehicle.

    Hot Fuzz

It's out on dvd now any fans of Shaun of the Dead? It's no Shaun of the Dead, but i'm already thinking about parts I didn't think were all that funny and laughing. Personally for me I was hoping for the same characters as before so I had to accept the idea they were different characters in a new movie. Once I managed that I enjoyed it. For people who are not familiar with this film it is a British comedic take on the action comedy police movies ( Like Bad Boys, Point Blank ext..). There is commentary you can watch in the bonus section that has tons of facts, and makes for another fun informative watch. I haven't got through all that, but I watch some. For me I think It's one of those films that will be better the second time around.
  11. Metallica- Orion Oh yeah just listening to it today.
  12. Not yet i've been trying to rent it but it's never in.
  13. Probally one of the first one's as a kid I liked was Queen's "Another one bites the dust". I still like it.

    Zodiac

Based on true events of the Zodiac killer. I haven't seen a movie this good in some time if you don't mind the subject matter I highly recomend it. It's a bit long but very good.

    Breach

As a movie I enjoyed it, but it realy bothered me that it actually happened. Chris Cooper is a great actor in my opinion and he did extremely well in this film.
  16. Dokken- Tooth and Nail CD A little 80's Hair metal band that some of us recall.
  17. I just seen "The Breed" lately. It' s not all that great acting, but they used real dogs in this film and they were better actors than the actors! It will give you a jump or two. I like horror movies I could recomend alot. Lately i've been pretty sick of the torture style. Brothers Matt (Eric Lively) and John (Oliver Hudson), their girlfriends, Sara (Taryn Manning) and Nicki (Michelle Rodriguez), and pal Noah (Hill Harper) are looking for a little R&R when they jet off for a week's vacation on a deserted island. What they get instead is terror when a pack of crazed canines makes them prey. Outnumbered (and very nearly outwitted), the group must fight off the genetically engineered killers. Sounds rediculous and it is, but the dogs make this movie.
  18. Arky I went and orderd "live in Detroit" I've been wanting a new concert pretty bad lately. It hasn't arrived yet, thanks for the recomendation. PBS never got back with me on the Soundstage dvd info.
  19. This is excellent advice I had a Rotel amp hooked up to my Heresy II's and they would almost tear your head off before the amp opened up. Now that same amp hooked up to Synergys, or References would of been probally outstanding. My Nak av receiver is warmer and more open sounding ( not as clean I will note) at moderate volumes. I want to go seperates down the road. I've had them on an off through out the years. Never owned a good pre though, and that is crucial i'm betting after not being impressed with some so called descent amplifiers through many different brand av receivers. By the way JM nice rack I just took a peek. Cool, 20 watts A? I will have to consider that.
  20. I thought the movie was so so.
  21. I've been contemplating on getting a Mac, and with new upgrades being made to many models soon plus the addition of Leopard ( OS) coming soon it maybe better to wait ( depending on what model). I found this site I thought may be helpfull for some if your in the market. http://buyersguide.macrumors.com/#iMac

    Deja Vu

I enjoyed this film I wouldn't mind seeing it again actually.
  23. I just recently found out I had PBS, and finially caught an episode of Soundstage. Heck i've been buying their dvd's for years and just finially viewed a free episode. I happened to catch part 2 of Peter Frampton. Has anyone checked this show out? I enjoyed it, and searched around for a dvd but couldn't find anything. I emailed PBS/ Soundstage to see if they will be making this readily available. I'm waiting for a reply yet, but if your a fan and it's on give a view it's pretty good. I'm not what you call a big fan but I appreciate, and enjoy his guitar work.
