for those that have experience both... if I am ultimately looking for the best sound(from klipsch)and best outside noise supression, would I be better off with the x10's or these on ear image ones? I prefer on ear, but I am looking for great sound and a outside noise barrier.
I also have been thinking about waiting and getting grado RS's.but those are open platform.

i've nevr used it on my electronics personally because it attracts dust, but unlike what most people think... WD40 is NOT a lubricant... it is a SOLVENT that has lubricating properties... eg; it is wetand does not evaporate

So, does that also mean that whoever wins at the "big table" will also get a brand-new pair of Palladiums or KHorns?
Not a bad incentive indeed... i will ask next time I am playing a WSOP tourni

I just wanted to interject here as a reminder...when you buy from Ebay, there is no manufacturer warranty.
I understand, an I want to support authorized dealers, but I needto also get the best price I can

thanks... I bid on a pair on the bay

has anyonne else had the chance to preview or
listen to these as yet... I am a bit surprised by the price point and
the fact that they are coming in to the market at only 150'ish (retail).
I was personally hoping that they would be state of the art but that
doesnt seem possible at 150$on a side note there was a pair for sale on eBay the other day, but the listing ended.
thanks

exactly what I was thinking... thanks for confirming this

I need your opinions on whether $240 shipped is a GOOD price for a good condition klf c7 center... or is it just a fair price?
any draw backs to this center if I plan on using it with a set of heritages?

thank you guys... I was wondering about this after seeing some set ups that seem to be stacking speakers in what seems to be the same channel
-
quick question about multiple speakers on a single channel...
Since I am technical newbie, I have often wondered what would be the consiquence of using more than one speaker per channel... eg using two cornwalls for the left channel and two for the right? what about three pre channel?
does it half the output?
thanks and sorry for the newbie question

I have a big collection of these old 78's that I have been caring for for the last 40+ years... I never have listened to them as I dont have the mechanism to do so
Form what I gather they were my great grand fathers, because there are some old edison Cylinders with some fairly Racist titles in there to. but most of them ate Duke, arte and blues/country based artists. I need a websited with more researchable info. does anyone have a source they would like to share?

I found it very very good. I am sure most folks will find the movie different than they were expecting perhaps, but I loved it.
this
movie isn't about graphic violence, though it does have graphic
violence in it... this movie isn't about flashy action, though there are
action packed scenes... this movie is about dialog and acting which is
top notch... especially by the young actress Hailee Steinfeld.
Art direction and specially the make up and wardrobe are superb in this movie, but pale in comparison to the period dialog.
highly recommended for MATURE audiences!
Folks just do not "lacquer" there language like this anymore. this movie may even top Barton Fink for dialog....
