Yes, this is just a local park for that district. Mexico City has has a large urban park similar to Central Park, that dates back to the time of the Aztecs, called Chapultepec. There are major Museums, a zoo, Zoo municipal auditorium, etc. I would say it is about double the size of Central Park.
