  1. I'm thinking it looks more like a giant flattened marshmallow peep.
  2. You sound like the 8 ball! I will say that rolling is no way to go compared to a single hit bong.
  3. I have carver products and know for certain that Tibetan Monk blessing would help.
  4. Although Tibetan Monk blessing is known to enhance the signal path.
  5. Bottom line is you will have to listen. Sorry no short cuts.
  6. I wish I were rolling a long.....
  7. The only cymbals I ever used.
  8. You already have an amp. Don't waste your time with a receiver get a pre-amp processor that has at least 5.1 processing.
  9. If the cones are stained (I think you mentioned the passives) just let it go, don't mess with them. No one will see or maybe rarely see them anyway. As for the grill cloth, try aforementioned product be gentle and if all fails and you can't stand the look buy some new material and re screen them.
  10. Don't ever back them to a wall. Keep them about a foot to 15 inches away. Backing them up is analogous to backing up a port, which will choke the lows.
  11. Interesting to hear about chorus II's. Forte II's are very forgiving regarding amplification, and while corner placement is optimal, they still sound very good without it especially in smallish rooms so I would not be so quick to disregard getting forte II...speaking to the original poster.
  12. As a married man I simply leave the room when figure skating is on.
  13. Over 16 million Canadian viewers alone (roughly half the country, why wasn't it more?). 27.6 million US viewers. Which dwarfs your point even more. In all fairness the only time I've ever watched curling is during the olympics. There is something about country v. country and the 4 year spacing of the event which draws more interest from just the diehards of any particular sport. Who here watches swimming events when they are not olympic events?
  14. This olympics were played on nhl sized and often actual nhl ice.
  15. I googled and listened to her. Love the deep sultry voice, but jazz? Never heard any jazz. She is to jazz what elevator music is to rock.
  16. As one who tries to give the benefit of the doubt I'll initially say "ignorant."
  17. One of them is an occasional poster here.
  18. Sooo...how do you prepare them West Texas style? I got's to know. No bacon/or ham hock in hers, and the spices are more ranch style (chilli powder I suspect).
  19. As Colbert said: Defeat The World! Unfortunately they don't sell the poster as shown on his show. I'm still laughing...
