  1. I'm not seeing any must-haves. Anyone else?
  2. Wow. Hang in there, Dean! I'm wishing you a speedy recovery, and peace.
  3. That's one deep groove record you have there, Christopher! Nice tight nuts, too.
  4. Now, if those were USA Tungsols, I'd get excited, too!
  5. I prefer my nuts on the bottom. I find mounting significantly easier. And less painful.
  6. It certainly looks authentic, Dee. I like the name...
  7. After putting this on the back burner for 6 months, I'm back at it, and ready to report initial testing is showing 5000cst to be the oil of choice! Hopefully, I'll wrap up the whole thing in time to take it to my daughter on Sunday. It will be mated with a vintage Pioneer SX-850 receiver and some JBL speakers, which she's been enjoying for a while. Thanks everyone for the help and encouragement!
  8. LMAO! That's the same guy who could build a tube amp with a potato, a safety pin, and two condoms..... Aren't the two condoms Ding Dong wrappers?
  9. Great photos, but I must say I was shocked to see your Ridgid tool on top of one of the speakers.
  10. Can I send a few of my fuses for reconditioning? Rewiring fuses is a lost art form. In return, I will rebuild an equal number broken golf tees. If golf is not your game, I can re-lead your Ticonderogas.
  11. With the name Dude, and it being so heavy, I'd have guessed there were a few bowling balls in there.
  12. I can't believe how fortunate you are!! The tax rate in California is around 10%!!!
  13. Happy Birthday, PWK! Gosh, he knew more about Klipsch than Tony Reed!
  14. This guy knows more than just about anyone here about Klipsch. Thank you for "showing me around" Hope a few years back, my friend! I hope this one's a good-un.
  15. That happens to me, as well. I right-click on the picture and choose "view image." Works for me!
  16. Record album listening area and periodical section of the Central Library, Santa Rosa, Calif., 1969
  17. "Located at 709 Fourth Street. Owned by Dominic Mancuso, and Orval Watkins"
  18. Yes, turntable plinths! You guys see the Klipsch?
  19. I wonder if it's my daughters boyfriend, we call him Achmed ? I take ache meds.
  20. Feels great to unclutter, right? I'll do that here: I unclutter one room, and the next room gets the "stuff dump"...Occasionally I have the clarity to realize that I must get rid of "treasure"...
