  1. Dylanl - Just because you prefer your Khorns and Altec19 over the RF-7, doesn't mean you have to try and make fun of the RF-7's all the time. The RF-7's are great speakers and don't deserve your turn-up nose because many of us REALLY like the RF-7. I agrees, no speaker is perfect but darn if Klipsch doesn't make some fine musically involving speakers, be's it Heritage, Legend, or Reference. Dude, sorry to hear your not likin the RF-7's. Very happy with mines.
  2. Says Salesman Sample Not for Resale ??
  3. Thanks IndyKlipschFan!! I agree, all Klipsch speakers sound great. Wish I had more room and moeny to have more Klipsch speakers!! I woulds too! dkp, Dude - I never said I have great tact when expressin my likes, I'm just a guy who calls it like it is with what I'm a likin, but that ain't no reason to call me a pie hole! I didn't call no one no names for that to happen, but see it like you will Dude. You said tone, I don't call it tone and don't see it that way, I was excited about my RF-7 and was just expressin it, tact I may no haves but wasn't called for him to call me pie hole. Any hows, thanks for you say.
  4. I think some of these guys here get way too sensitive or somethin. They don't even like when someone likes Reference Line if they are using Heritage Line, and will start to cut down the RF-7. My first introduction as a newbie here was Dylanl calling me a pie hole just because he didn't like how I writes or my excitement for my great RF-7 speaker I likes so much from me other Klipsch speakers I used to have. I think kindness is a much better glove to have on for us newbies or we will just want to leave. I read on one of the other forums some guys talking how they don't visit the Klipsch forum no more cause how they are, not sure whats they mean but if it is like Dylanl callin me a pie hole, that's really rude. Now every time I see Dylanl name here, I right away don't like and ignor any thing he post and have no respect for him.
  5. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The wildest thing happened last night, I was playing a mono recording of Tennessee Ernie Ford in Stereo (I can switch to mono mode if I want to) and the source of the sound was directly in front of me, no hint of it coming from the speakers, I looked directly at the speakers and the image said "no dummy, nothing from there, I am here in front of you!" I knew in my head the source was the speakers but the image was so strong, my mind said no way it is in front of you. This is the first time I could LOOK at the speakers and not hear anything from that location. WEARD! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx All Klipsch speakers are this way. Every Klipsch speaker I have ever had and including the RF-7 that I'm using now, all present thy self in front and no's hint from the speaker, that's what is so great about Klipsch speakers Dude! It becomes like totally transparent! Word up, YEA BABY!
  6. I knew you would WooDog through it all!
  7. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx say BULL$#!+ (flash yellow button!)! I've managed to run my system up to those levels myself and these RF-7s held together quite nicely. No distortion at all! The RF-7s are fine speakers and they will hold up very nicely to the Heritage! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I agree with every word! Way true, these babies can get LOUD and sound great, your ears will give way long before these speakers will. They are totally awesome!
  8. Yea Dude, you did it, Yeeaaaaaa bro, you done did it, Yaaaaaa Hooooooo.
  9. The Khorns have more relaxed bass, I never got as good bass from Khorn as my KLF-30 and RF-7 but my room isnt best for it. Was really uncool tryin to get it like I wanted, after a few years of tryin and tryin, when the KLF-30 was out, I gots it. Now I have the RF-7 and really pleased with it. For me, I thought the midrange for Khorn was too agressive and overkill but I thinks it's my small room, the Khorns really need room, BIG ROOM to breath so they aren't too in face and ears. The RF-7 are like Khorns but more civil, great punch bass, and smooth midrange from cone/horn, great imaging and detail, less agressive midrange that is just right all-to-gether way in a smaller package, and easy placement compared to Khorns. The Khorns are good for a big ballroom as you already know, and I'm just a humble small house guy.
  10. amphandle, thanks to the nicest Dude here, Dude, if you like to read about RF-7 I have somethin for you to read. This german guy tweaked his RF-7 until both speakers weigh 158 pounds Each, check it out, Ill send to email his website, he put big thick silver wire in the Whole inside, changed the horn to some wooden ceramic type, made a new crossover inside floor of the RF-7 with huge caps, almost bigger than his hand, all with silver wire and solder. It's awesome lookin but I thinks he went way too far, he said it cost equiv. to $1200.00 US dollars to do for each speaker. I like the huge heavy brass feet he has on those! Also checkout the review section to read the review on the RF-7, gives it a great review and then another review after all the tweaks and mods, he say it puts it in a way whole xtreme new level that can't be beat. Man, I would love to hear'em. Thanks Dude!
  11. redtop Dude, you needs that donut and coffee, quick your eyes are basting.
  12. Dudes, I think you are way TOO INTENSE here. I NEVER bad mouthed Klipsch products. I said the KLF line is good, I like the RF-7 better is all I said. I'm tired of all these nut bolt heads here putting me down for my choice of RF-7, get a life man. redtop, I DID NOT HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY KLF-30!!!!!!!!!!!! It did great for me at the time. You dudes need to chill out, get a donut and a cup of coffee, sit down and calm yourself down man. InFlux, you tried to word as if I said something was better than Khorn, NEVER SAID THAT. Khorn works great for many. Khorns need the right room size, placement, and all that other right room stuff and my house has none of those to get the rightness out of the Khorn, and only that is why I got rid of mine DUDE! ONLY THAT! KLF-30's served me well, and now YES, I am very pleased with the upgrade improvements in the RF-7 that work well for me. With that said, guys - you have yourselves a nice life and CHILL OUT, you are WAY TOO SENSITIVE here and jump to conclusions. Dudes, STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES putting down my RF-7!!!!! These RF-7 are awesome and you aint gonna change my mind putting them down, they are GREAT speakers!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. InFlux, what ever! Don't start making assumptions on what I didn't say! Also, don't judge something if you haven't been there yourself. Don't start adding words that I haven't said Dude, get a life. You ain't worth my time Dude.
  14. Dude, pass on the KLF line, it was good, but the RF-7 is better than the KLF-30. I know, I sold mine KLF-30 after I gots my RF-7. The sound is even better, so awesome and inviting. I had 30 days to decide to keeps my RF-7 or not, I knew from day 1 the sound was a keeper, by 3 weeks my KLF-30 were sold and I haven't looked back since. RF-7 is worth every penny. RF-7 can get LOUD and NEVER break-up, not even slightly. The KLF-30 can slightly break-up a little in the midrange when turned up LOUD, something that kinda always bothered me. The RF-7 has great improvement in sound over the KLF-30, gained great more detail too.
  15. Dude, what Klipsch speaker ya gonna go with nows??
  16. D-MAN, who cares, I don't care what calculations you try to use to put down my RF-7's, I am happy, very happy with them. I just listened to one of my favorite CD's and WOW, WOW, and WOW!! I love the detail on these, I hear things I never heard before and the music fills the whole room with slam dunkin hit in the chest bass. Man I love these speakers, so awesome and clean sounding. This is the BEST speaker Klipsch has ever made! Now I wanna hear some titanium diaphragms in a Klipschorn! I be wonderin if Klipsch has thought of doing that for the more detail the titanium have, man I'm all for it! That would be awesome. Hey, I'm not the jerk here, if some bozo gunna put down my RF-7 for my choice, it aint gonna work.
  17. Frzninvt keeps what you got Dude! You already paid ya money, now just enjoy! No one is asking you to ditch your stuff, ya fool! Dylanl, if I'm gonna open my pie hole, you know it will be right in your face man! Don't ya know you aint supposed to be wanting pie holes Dude! What kinda frikkin guy are ya anyway! Man, I better watch my hole around you period!
  18. The bad part of the internet on cells, it's SLOW. My friends that have internet on their cells complain it's way too slow and frustrating that they find they donts use it. I am prouds to say i's donts have no cell phone! All these warnings about microwaves going into our brains and all this new stuff about people getting brain tumors is scary. Theys need to make it safer technology. Theys be sayin that people are actually paying to get tumors and cancer, saw a two hour documentary on cells and cell towers. Very scary of what these microwaves are causing to us health!!!
  19. SkipBogard Dude, yous don't know what you are talkin about Dude. I had the KLF-30's and now they is GONE. the RF-7 is better, I heard it right away and the RF-7 give best worlds of both cone and horn together for strenghts of both. I aint listen to ya cause I been there done that and I know these RF-7 is better Dude, all the ways around. I's in awesome heaven with my RF-7 and pick it over yours any day of the years.
  20. da Dude -D-MAN- had tis to say in class today, the only smart *ss (bleep) in da room. ================================================================= Is this a trick question? The physics for just the woofers: Khorn - 4 sq. feet of horn mouth EACH. RF7 - 2 x 10" dia direct radiators EACH. Khorn = 600 sq. inches total radiating area RF7 = 31.4 sq. inches total radiating area Which one do you think is more efficient and better for reproducing low bass notes by moving air? ================================================================== D-MAN, Like Dude, you need to take your seat and sit back down. Dude, where you been? Technology often defies terminology and logicality Dude! Dude, like your getting old, our new days are not like your old days. Sit back down and listen and learn. Oh yea, and Kathy Mason, like hubba hubba!!!!!!!!!!!!! yummy yum yum

Hey, he can't be no SMUCK if you bought them from you! GEE, what a SMUCK. Betta look at those empy corners and sing "Baby did a bad-bad thing!" Dude, Klipshorn's are hard to come by in Australia!!!! New Klipschorn gonna cost you big time $$$$$, especially in Aussy. Dude, the mahogany is the only way to go, GET MAHOGANY, beautiful man, beautiful. FARM! Very hard work, better make sure you don't get over your head! Work, work, work, and more endless work! Been there, done that. Yamaha with a Klipshorn, man that's enought to send you into bright maddness with stinging ear fatigue. Tell me it ain't so, the guy donts know what he a doin. I'm not sorry you lost your Klipschorn's man, not frikkin at all, man you did it to yourself so you ain't gonna get no sympahty from me Dude. Too Late to cry now dude, time to move'on. ====================================================== timbley, Cambridge Soundworks radio sound much better than the Bose! Puts Bose to shame. Haven't you read all the fabs in the mags? The cambridge looks better, has much more features, and they rated it better than Bose at $200 less the cost of that over priced hog wash Bose Wave high profit air box. ====================================================== bsafirebird1969 Dude, I don't have Forte II's and I'm very extremely happy with my awesome *ss RF-7's man.
