Steve my sincerest condolences for your loss. I feel as though I have already lost mine & i should have never started this sale in such an emotional state. More money in my pocket will not solve anything for me unfortunately. Coytee is correct, you will need two amps, one to run bass bins, the other for the top K402horns, with an active xover. That Quicksiver would probably be nice on top. TAD drivers on the K402 horn only, the bass bin has the stock Klipsch driver's. The face panels or unfinished wood (perhaps birch ), they have some beautiful grain. I have always intended to stain them to match my walls. I must sign off for tonight.
  2. A few light scratches on cabinet, & one of the power indicator light bulbs is out but they sound great. Will put up photos latter.

"Frankly, that package price is a steal. Ain't NO WAY I'd sell my setup for that price and mine are industrial black!! Cornman, given the items you're selling, I hope you're just changing to simplify your life instead of something more ominous." Thx. for kind words, no this is not a financial distress sale, but after almost 30 years of marriage ,, unfortunately there is no music left in this house.....

I purchased these two years ago & have very low hours & not a scratch on them. I paid $2,500.00 for the Tad drivers alone, so its like getting them for free. Pick up only (Austin Tx. area) or you provide shipping company. More gear to be listed ( It's all for sale) ... Or you can get a great deal on the whole pkg.
  10. Thx. for the kind comments guys. I just sold the BBX that I had been using with the M70 in a second system in my shop. I thought I could live without Tubes in the shop but now I am not so sure. Already thinking of purchasing another pre If so I will cancel the the sale of the M70. " Posted 17 October 2014 - 08:20 PM You know you are in Hell when... When you realize watt a colossal mistake it was to sell some of the best gear you ever had , ,,,that took years to acquire,, & you didnt even need the money **** !!!!! Now this is the true blues in hell...." I am going to shuffle my old Hk 930 back into this shop system today for a trial, hopefully that will satisfy me.

  12. Yall are right it would have been better to provided a photo of back. Its as Shu said & the one area very vulnerable to damage, I have heard that Mark is offering an up grade to strengthen the input panel. Its about the only complaint I have herd of with the Juicy pre's, but as Mark states in his build goals - best sound possible for the buck.
  13. Yes this has been going for decades, it happened to me in 1970 -completely PLUNDERED !! It has just gotten more rampant in the past 2 decades, & with all the modern video everywhere more folks or becoming aware "to serve & protect " is not the first interest of the system.... Thx for posting that Tiger.
  14. Absolutely, & after using it more today -- it was in a second system that I had only used maybe one hour - today I played it several hours & really heard its quality fully for the first time. I question if I really want to sell it or not ??? It is that good, & thats comparing it to a Bat 5i pre in my main system.. I wish I I had more listening time before the upgrades were done so as to more fully understand the differences of the before & after. Either way Thanks Mark, its defiantly another sign of you commitment to stand by your product & follow up with improvement as they come along, obviously not $ oriented motivation, but your dedication to your product & the improvement in the quality of sound.
  15. Apparently its about how to name things in a stupid manner. I mean, c'mon..... On the contrary , Rick J B, you do some research you will find that "Juicy Music" products are one of the major contributors not only to this site but to sound reproduction equipment overall, & whose opinion is highly regarded by most informed members here. He was a cottage ind. producer of quality equipment designed specifically with Kliipsch speakers in mind. His Bluberry Xtream pre with "CREAM" was his last version providing all types of phno cartridges to be used. It truly is sweet as CREAM.
  16. This Blueberry is in the garage sale. I cant remember if it has the Cream option or not, can anyone tell from the photos? There are two inputs labeled phono1 & phono 2, on the back. Also need to add that Mark updated this pre for me a few months ago & upgraded power supply & the rectifier tube was replaced with ss rectifier. Thanks for any help.
  17. Cosmetically a 6 or 7 and sounds great. All new light bulbs installed this year. $200.00
  18. This summer I sent this to Mark Deneen for the upgrade of the power supply, remote repair & general testing - service. Sounds great, & looks to be at least a 7 on cosmetics. I have the original owners manual, all so comes with the custom oak wood case, with beautiful dove tail corners. $1,500.00 [attachment=97403:IMG_0994.JPG][attachment=97404:IMG_0996.JPG]
  19. So today is the 25th, & has no one heard from JC at Panacea Eng. ? If so then i have concern for his health or else he is out on a flight of a lifetime. Prayers or with you JC,
  20. Ah the changes, yes I can see you guys understand . Yes the 6c33 is another alternative tube being utilized by several craftsman -manufactures over the past decade. There are so many good choices-now days.
  21. i SAY AGAIN - MY FRIENDS, wd40, FOLLOWED UP WITH SOME GLASS CLEANER (AMMONIA). simple...
  22. Couple weeks ago I sold my Bat vk60 amp. We had spent the last 8 years or so finding our way thru the world of audio nirvana together, & the Bat became the bench mark that I compared against all other contenders, & oh were there meany.... Unfortunately never got to try the P-Cats or the VRD's The other fact that made this all the better was that all comparisons were done in the same room with same Cornwall speakers. It was not an easy decision to sale. But since acquiring the Jubs the Cornwlls have been moved to the man cave - shop, & I still do all my dedicated listening in the living room with the jubs & other gear noted. The Bat weighs 85 lbs, & for my old back it was just to much & I dont need that much quality sound in the shop. Never the less I do miss the beast - great hand warmer as well as heart warmer with its soulful tune. Bottom line I highly recommended the Bat vk60 to any one not bi-amping , you want be disappointed.
  23. I always love a solution that works so well & is so simple & just guessing the fleece was re purposed from something else around the house. Thats the kind of projects I am most proud of nice work Pyro.
  24. I purchased my Jub bass bins with drivers & the 402 horns without drivers. No problem from Panacea Engineering.
