i just looked on the bay, most were the canned listings. I prefer buying from a real person, like when I sell stuff. the buy it now is a big tip off.

my dog hides her bone, indoors. she usually picks sheets, towels, or corners and gently nuzzels her prize untill she is satisfied that it's out of site, her site. it is usually pretty out in the open still, but she thinks its hidden. makes for some comedy, following her around sometimes.

my single jl 10w7 in jl's bandpass box smoked my twin jl 12's very very badly. it is the best subwoofer I have ever heard, in a car stereo application. i cant imagine much would change indoors. I have heard the 12w7 compared to twin 15's, and i believe it. i wasent aware of the "end of life" (cycle?) but I am sure that anything JL replaces this with will be all the more impressive.

ear i just read this thread in its entirety why did the sub come in to the dealer and you were going to drag it home the next day then it wasent there and still no pics? I thought you posted pics of this monster? I would also like to know what you DO for a living?? inquiring minds want to know!! deserve to know!! trust fund? credit cards?? come on man!

i tolds em, ob. i am the prince of blackness. it was funny, i asked them if i could "audition the sub 12" "what?" says guy 2 "subwoofer", i said. "me want to hear" and pointed. HAHA

Went to BB to auditon the SUB12. 3 salesguys in, told me "its blown" I asked him to cycle on and off, looks good power light. no source apparent, couldent figure out which button to press to get it running. i left 5 miniuts later, put the cd I was going to buy back. on my way out, got hasseled by security for the dire straits disc and a few burned cd's I had brought for my audition. ughhh
