if it will ease your mind Chuck--I’ll take all of your audio gear (but, i don’t want it for a long while yet). -
I'm tellin ya true, you won't last and if you do, you will need institutional care for the remainder of your days. Try me! oh to be young and invincible again…don’t worry though, institutions generally have really good meds.

it’s gonna be epic!

do we tell the White Rabbit that Oldtimer sent us?

Good, there's always room for more knowledge, and of course a little sarcasm never hurts. Dtel is cool too. Elden, as a distinguished forum moderator, do you have to wear a tie while you’re on the forum?

Good Evening Blackwolf -- Genevieve seems cool, have enjoyed our conversations. I hope you like hanging out here--it’s a plethora of audio knowledge with a tad of sarcasm. Most of the folks are real good people. Pleasure meeting you. Steve

Michael--I wish you tons of success and enjoyment doing it. Please post a photo of your first dollar earned. Steve

I've seen pics of him. I think there's some medical issues and not just drinking... Lots of rumors. Bruce I sure hope he’s okay...

thanks for sharing your Dad with us. He was cool.

Years ago, I was listening to the radio and the station was having a contest -- the winner got some tickets to some concert (don’t remember who). The winner was the one that could lay in a coffin the longest listening to Debbie Boone’s You Light Up My Life looped.

I’d prefer to tiptoe through the tulips. I feel sorry for Miley Cyrus--it must be sad to be such a spectacle and not realize it (or maybe she does and doesn’t care). Maybe she’s laughing all the way to the bank; but, if what she does is the requirement--i’d rather not go to the bank.

Thanks Bruce -- it was a fun evening! I was tripping around on You Tube and ran across a 2014 video of Gary Richrath. Have you seen him lately? I was in shock--he has put on so much weight that it was hard to believe -- it was so sad to see.

Never forget!!!!!!!! You hear Ray Lewis today? He was very vocal that without the Tuck Rule, we don’t even know who Tom Brady is. He was going off on the tuck rule--“if you have the ball and i knock it out your hands…it’s a fumble."

Or perhaps he just doesn't care. It's worked for me so far. But I know how you feel because I always thought that too. But I also think whatever it was is already done. spared me from too much for Him not to care. -
one of them is for sure.

Guitars … my favorite. I have nine of them in the room with me now. Was going to post a photo of a bunch of them; but, don’t seem to have any on the computer and am too lazy to go take one. So, i’ll post this one of the band YES plus some other guy. Click to enlarge, the forum seems to be reducing the size of the photo for some reason.

God notices when you do, and encourages your understanding when you do not. I am a "mature" senior citizen (coming up on age 69). I have apologized to God that I used to think that I had the right to decide, and thought I was smart when I was cavalier about the "quality" of my life (as I understood it to be), and hoped that I would be taken when my life had little value as I defined it. How presumptuous--and foolish--I was. And how much I appreciate the wonderful gift of my life now, and shake my head at my previous impertinence. Many, many a night that I went to bed and prayed that I wouldn’t wake up--i was just tired of it all. I know that’s selfish--probably why my prayers didn’t get past the ceiling. Guess God has something planned for me still and that’s why He’s keeping me around. As far as me being a good guy to know … thanks, it’s nice to be liked some time other than when the check needs to be paid. -
i wonder if my invitation was lost in the mail? You were not invited this time because you have a open invitation, anytime......well anytime were home that’s both gracious and smart of you -- you’d better keep an eye on the silverware, you know how i miss my fork. thank you though…and the same applies to you whenever you’re in this crazy part of the world … dinner is on me.

Heard a guy years ago at church say that he “living a life of gratitude.” That really hit me and it’s what i’ve been doing ever since (not 100% successful like i mentioned, sometimes i fail; but, always trying).
