What are you planning to do with your RB 5's?

My RB 5's have a rear port, have you looked into a shelf or speaker mount?

I have a new sub I picked up tonight from my dealer, my salesman swapped it out for me. But my point was Klipsch could have called the dealer and worked something out but they wouldn't, my salesman did this on his own. I relly appriecate my salesman helping me out and will continue to do business with him. I will buy Klipsch speakers in the future but will really have a hard time buying another Klipsch subwoofer. I just got off the phone with my dealer and he is going to give me a new RSW 12. It seems Klipsch can't get a replacement part and Klipsch wasn't willing to help me get a new sub. If I ever buy another Klipsch sub it will be due to my dealer helping me out, I am more than disappointed that Klipsch wouldn't help.

My part was supposed to be in the 16th, and than on the 20th of Jan. so I emailed Amy today 21 Jan and still no part. I had my sub less than 2 months and my dealer has had it 2 months and counting at what point should I just ask for a new sub or refund?

Sorry for the problems you are having, I feel your pain as my RSW12 has been out for one and a half months and counting being repaired. I have a thread about my experience in the sub woofer forum.

Yes it is at a Klipsch retailer and no I didn't ask for a sub to use as I had one at home. In the past my dealer took a horn out of his own RF3 to get mine running due to the replacement part being back ordered. If this goes on past this week I will be asking for a new sub.

Well it looks like it will take another 2 weeks to get my sub repaired. Owned this for 4 months and spent 1 month in the shop and counting. Oh well maybe I will start shopping for another sub cause this slow Klipsch service is terrible.

Come on Klipsch someone needs to get thier act together, I have been waiting a month for a replacement subwoofer. I saved my money to buy the RSW 12 because it was supposed to be a quality sub and it didn't last 3 months, thankfully I kept my KSW 12 which has been problem free for about 3 years. If this is the kind of customer support I can expect the RSW wil be my last Klipsch sub.

Well now were going on 3 weeks without my RSW 12, if someone from Klipsch reads this how about some help?? I am sure my dealer is not taking his time as when I had a problem with my RF-3 he removed the horn from his own system to help me out. My KSW 12 sub never had a problem handling the power I run and I had it turned all the way up.

Any one had one of these repaired, I am going on 2 weeks waiting for a replacement driver. Not sure what is taking so long, I live in Missouri and last time I checked Arkansas was just down the road. What kind of shipping does Klipsch use (slow boat to China)? I am just a little aggrevated right now as this sub is only about 2 months old and was set at 3/4.

Andy, There is a free internet in the library in the PX area but you are limited to 30 minutes, not alot of time but it is free. Also watch out for the PX Nazi, there was an E-7 who's only job was to stand by the finance office and look for uniform flaws. Hope this info helps.

The AT&T card is the easist to use from over there and the 120 min. card is only good for about 20 mins. ( If I remember correctly). AT&T is raping the soldiers on phone calls and unfortunatly they have no/little competition other there. I spent 14 months there and AT&T made alot of money on us soldiers.

I just purchased my 3802 from Goodguys.com for $902 delivered, I found better prices but they were not authorized Denon retailers. I would also look at feedback for these companies, the ones I looked at had alot of negative feedback. Just my 2 cents.
