  1. That picture was taken in Rome, Italy when I was about 40 lbs. heavier... guess I need to change my facebook picture. Thanks for the good wishes. Tony
  2. The 10 year anniversary... I wonder how many charter members of the original pilgrimage group will be there. Tony
  3. Thank you for your generous offer, but I think I'll hang on to them. []
  4. Yes, it was me that made the "baby" LaScalas. I'm in the process of making some slightly larger ones... 12" high. These should sound much better. Tony
  5. No touring for me... too old for the road! Tony
  6. A pair of Pro Line Heresy's and a Scott 222D... along with other audio "stuff". Tony
  7. Unfortunately this is the best picture I could get right now. The LaScalas are my office (along with my MCM system) and when my Daughter cleaned out her room to go to college, her boxes of "stuff" went to my office in front of the wall of LaScalas.
  8. Only when they're about six inches tall. Would you post another picture of them (presuming my memory is correct and you have the baby LaScalas) No, these are the real deal. Full size pro LaScalas. Black, with aluminum trim.Tony
  9. I have a wall of LaScalas... does that count? Tony
  10. I admit I'm a little biased on this subject. I knew Paul Klipsch. I know there are things available now that he didn't have. It's just that he worked on (and thought about) the Klipschorn for most of his life. He got it to where it's at by trying everything he could. Tony
  11. Is that in reference to what I'm trying to accomplish? Rolling eyes? Like improving the Khorn isn't possible? Greg Well... some of the greatest minds have already tried that. Tony
  12. I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but the Cornwall III has the K700 mid horn while the previous versions had the K600 mid horn. Tony
  13. I've directltly compared the H1, H2 and H3 side by side. In my experience I found a huge difference between the H1 and the H2... liked the H2 the best (more detail... more high end sparkle). I didn't find as big a differece from the H2 to the H3. I thought both sounded very good. Tony
  14. I'm back. You guys are the absolute best! I've been priviliged to meet many of you in person, but even the ones I haven't met, I still feel like I know you. What an honor it is to be a member of this community where we pray for each other's health and happiness. Thank You all so much for everything. I continue to improve and am looking forward to getting back to my usual routine. Also, really looking forward to making one of our semi regular trips to Russellville to visit Mr. Bob and Michael for some long overdue listening tests and general visitation. And a special Thank You to my best friend, Dee. This is the best friend anyone could ever have. He is really a major blessing in my life. Thanks again one and all, Tony
  15. GotHover, Very cool... looks like it was made that way. Let us know what you think of the sound. Tony
  16. Michael, Phillips head. Looks like a #8. 1" long from the underneath of the head... 1 1/8" overall. Thanks, Tony
  17. I need 2 screws that mount the woofer in a Heresy II. I don't want to go through Klipsch for 2 screws. Does anyone know where these can be purchased? They don't look like your "run of the mill" screws. Thanks, Tony
  18. So if you use a K28 with a stock E crossover, do you have a "hole" in the frequency range? If so, how much of a "hole" are we talking about? Thanks, Tony
  19. Is the Valspar #40 made just for Klipsch? I don't see it listed on the Valspar website. Thanks, Tony
  20. I've used the Rustoleum Satin Black, but (as someone else said) it doesn't quite have the sheen that the original does. I really would like to try the paint that Klipsch uses to see how well I could do with it. Thanks, Tony
  21. Does anybody know what type of black paint Klipsch uses? I need to repaint some Heresy II's, and I want as close a match as possible to the original. Thanks, Tony
  22. Well I got them... now what do I do with them? [*-)] Tony
