  1. Roughly $500 if you take your time and are able to jump on deals as they come up on the forum and EBay. K-400 being the most expensive pieces due to their size. Best case for these would be to find them locally.
  2. If you are local and interested I would contact the seller and offer a reasonable amount for him/her to end the auction early. $50 should get them if they are a reasonable seller. Empty cabs are just gravy left over from part outs
  3. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pair-of-Genuine-Klipsch-LaScala-Cabinets-Only-/291426534703?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43da60052f Run, don't walk local peeps!! Geez I love the patina on these guys.
  4. If you want vintage my first amp for Hesersys was a Marantz 2240. I then went to Dared VP20s which are budget mono block tube amps. Both worked awesome for me. You have many many options and undoubtably will be happy with whichever one you choose to go with.
  5. You won't be disappointed if you decide to get the Recaros. I had them in a Skyline GTR I had in Japan, they look good, feel good and will add value to your car. They will also keep your butt planted where it needs to be if you decide to take it to a track day. Sweet car!! It looks like a ton o fun
  6. Yes I do, currently at the Phoenix VA hospital. I am also a 8yr veteran of the A.F. GI Bill is outstanding these days, tuition 100% paid for full-time students and you receive a tax free stipend monthly which is based on your zip code. Here it would be $1500~1600. Its certainly not for everyone but I like to remind people of the benefits of military service.
  7. you arent too old to join the guard or even active duty military. I like to remind people of that option
  8. that's a really beautiful speaker
  9. Is there a preferred location for a IB setup? Low on a wall close to the floor, high on the wall near the ceiling? Maybe in the ceiling close to a wall? This isnt the type of thing you want to be testing in different spots. I gotta get the exact measurement of my living room but I can say it is roughly 20' x 15' with one side open to the kitchen.
  10. The attic will he as hot as Hades by May so anything up there may have to wait until the winter months. I helped a friend run speaker wires in March and it was wicked hot, so doing that in May would probably be asking for a heat stroke.
  11. I can't do anything but talk and research until I move into the house. With that said I would consider a IB if it would work. I have a laundry room off of one wall and a master walk-in closet off of another. There is also a coat closet in the back of the living room and then I have the attic.
  12. I don't move in to this house for another 5 weeks so for now I'm just throwing around options. I have a single horn now but cannot set it up in my condo because the walls here are very thin
  13. The sub will be behind me regardless of how I decide to orientate my living room
  14. This would be used in a 2 channel system for general listening. this is the corner I'd be using
  15. My only experience with to date with khorns is with my single unit being run mono with a audioplex monomixer 200. I know it didnt go as low as my RSW-12 did but it sure seemed to produce a lot of bass. I should probably just sell it and put the $$ towards a real horn sub. the same corner I would use this in I could put a Table Tuba Long Style upright.
  16. Has anyone here successfully used a khorn bass bin as a subwoofer and if you have how was it set up? I have a corner I could put my single horn in but I dont know how well it would integrate with floor speakers. I wont get a chance to play with things for another 5 weeks so that is why I ask now instead of just doing it. Thanks
  17. There is a price posted in the 1st post.
  18. I picked up a Giant Yukon off of craigslist for $150 and took it straight to a bike shop for a cleaning and tuning. I just replaced the knobby original tires with http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002DX1DWG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 boy am I ever happy with this bike. New tires made a enormous difference for city riding.

  20. Thats the combo that has the highest demand. They're worth $1,200+ based off recent performance
  21. Yes I do. If you are interested and would need this sent to Canada you would have to cover all shipping expenses.
  22. How in the heck does that work? Is there a specific type of massage that helps with snoring?
