A little over a year old, my second pair purchased from Pro Audio Design, only used one of them seldomly on Jubscala center speaker for movies (still have the other pair on my jubilees). Turns out I really just don't watch many movies, or TV for that matter, and all music listening is done in stereo. This just doesn't get used enough to justify keeping it. Always had the ambition of ending up with another pair of Jubs or MWMs at one point, which now will clearly NOT be happening any time soon with recent relocation. Would rather these get some use in a loving home. Was asking $2500, but noticed ebay had a pair for $2350. So for forum members $2300 takes the pair. Pics to come when I get home this evening.

Would definitely make them sing. Also, forgot to include in original description that this amp is relatively light in comparison to others (~30 lbs), so that definitely cuts down on shipping options.

Purchased this beauty a little over a year ago. Reason for sale is that it's never used. Bought 2 of them. Use one on the 402s of my jubilees (and will NEVER part with it), and bought the other as I always intended to order a second pair of jubilees. With the new house situation, it's clear that just won't happen for a very long while, so this is just sitting in its box. Used approximately 60 hours just to ensure continuous working order, then it went back in the box. Just took it out and plugged it in again today, working flawlessly. No scratches anywhere on unit. Paid $2000 new, asking $1400 now. For those unfamiliar with this amp, it is a Nelson Pass creation lauded as "THE amp for low-power tube aficionados, who don't want tubes" by 6moons. Absolutely wonderful sound. Full 6moons review here I've run this on my 402s against a Levinson no433 and Mcintosh MC275. I prefer this. I'm sure Cask05 can attest to the F3 performance as well? Hi Jon, You're in luck. I just so happen to use that exact phone/headphone combo. The X10is cannot skip forward or backward, but they can play, pause, and control the volume of any song. [] I would only caveat, be patient with the input. It seems to take a second or two before the command registers within the phone, so don't keep jamming the buttons, just give it time. I also use the Fiio E17 headphone amp, and the poweramp music app (great for its versatility - plays FLAC). I highly recommend the combo. Anyway, I LOVE these headphones and use them over some of the more expensive options I have. They are my go-to daily headphones. Love 'em. Hope that helps, Dan

Coytee, this is AWESOME! I just got my 2nd Danley DTS-10 integrated with my Jubes as well, although I'm still fighting with room. In temporary house for couple of months until next assignment drops. Room way too small now but it's all I've got. I digress, you're gonna love this combo!

Correct, kits are no longer for sale; however, this process with Danley was started almost a year ago (July 2011), when I was originally supposed to be getting home from Afghanistan (before I was extended). Then, I was tasked to deploy AGAIN on 2 months rest, so no point in getting 2nd sub at that point, though I told Danley it was always my intention to eventually include a second. Danley assured me that they would hold a kit in reserve for me, and the boys (and girls) in Gainesville held true to their word. Kit being assembled for shipping from the plant in Candler, NC now. Expected to ship out July 9th. I've been told by Scott Barker, Danley GM, this is the last kit, and it's been waiting for me for awhile now. [] They honor their promises, they'd get my business again any time. I LOVE my first DTS-10. Can't wait to include the 2nd to round it all out.

Comin home! First Watt F3 should be waiting for me and 2nd DTS-10 sub kit ordered. Should arrive in a couple weeks. And this time I get to stay home for a good long while []

ah, should have clarified. I've had the 30s for 6 years...just purchased the C7. No intentions to sell so re-sale value not really a consideration, this is just for my office upstairs. Already tinkered with them, swapped out to the ti diaphragms. Gonna do xovers next, figured i'd refinish while I had them apart.

I've got KLF-30s and a C-7 enroute...all satin black. I'd like to refinish them to cherry (to match the desk in the room), and then keep the grills off...think that'd look sharp. Any helpful tips or suggestions on how to accomplish this? Any reason I shouldn't undertake this project?

I urge you to listen to the 402 horn on a jub lf bin or a mwm lf bin. [] You will be made a believer! That said, I own KLF-30s as well...love 'em. There's tons of others here who can go way further into the 3-way v. 2-way debate. I just go on what my ears tell me.

Babadono, always welcome! Will be making substantial system adjustments over Jul-Aug timeframe during my leave. Gonna add second sub and new amps, reconfigure room etc...then take it all apart and move to SD in Oct-Nov timeframe (will have a better room there no doubt). Scrappy, by the time I'm in SD I'll be rocking dual Danley DTS-10s in my system, would be very interested to hear the comparison with dual SVS Ultras. Much fun to be had by all! []

Scrappydue, that'd be me. Like Coytee said, I've got jubs (can compare K-69 w/ TADs too if you'd like), as well as LSIIs and a couple pairs of heresy's. Also got some KLF-30s if you'd like to hear the legend series. Currently deployed, but moving to San Diego later this year to begin new career. I'm sure we can arrange something toward the back half of the year

Well...after reading this thread that pretty much settles it...I'm definitely going to build boxes for my 402s when I get home. I like the grills too! These are beautiful Mike! Plus my TADs just shipped today so I'm a happy camper all-around!
