I have the Yamaha M-80, C-80, T-80 set and a Yamaha MX-800. I just picked up a MX-1000 and C-630 this weekend (it replaces a set that I sold a couple years ago to finance my Klipsch purchases). There is a MX-10000 on the UK eBay site for about $2800, I wonder what the reserve is on this auction? Great looking equipment. I can only dream at the moment though.

From CL posting: Hello all, I have a center channel you won't find anywhere anymore. This center channel is still one of the best you will find and you can't but it anywhere else but here. There are some minor scratches on the cherry wood but not bad and doesn't effect the performance at all. It's like new. It's very heavy. It WEIGHS 42LBS. Just a great center channel speaker. This will be perfect to complete ANY home theater. DON'T let the age fool you....you can't find these and they don't make them like they used to. Sorry I couldn't upload my pictures except the one. Please ask and I will email any picture you would like me to take. THE SPEAKER IS PERFECT. Please do your research...NO ONE bad mouths this speaker. The ONLY reason I am selling this is because now live in an apartment and my system is way too loud for my neighbors, sad but true ASKING $300 best reasonable offer PLEASE check out my Klipsch KSW-10 Subwoofer. If you'd like to buy both I will give you a nice deal on them. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/ele/4346393769.html Link: http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/ele/4346372069.html No affiliation.

Cool shop, looks like a fun place to visit. The shorthorn pricing depends on the configuration, the original shorthorn came with University SAHF midrange, University 4401 tweeter, and a Stevens Trusonic 103LX 15" woofer. The prices on the Bay for a single Tru-sonic 103LX woofer are about $550, so it could be very high or an OK deal if they are functioning. For around here, most people would consider it high. The price for a single 1957 shorthorn (15" woofer model) was ~$300 and up, see attached pricing.

That is why I post deals here, if someone else buys it, I can't. Although, I give into temptation a lot.

From posting: I have a pair of lightly used pair of Klipsch 5.5 speakers I want to sell. I am the original owner of these an bought them at Alma's in Royal Oak. These are a huge upgrade compared to what you can purchase at Best Buy. They are a steal at this price point! Link: http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/ele/4343336945.html No affiliation. The KG 5.5 are very similar to the KLF-10, they have lots of bass.

Bump for some nice crossovers. GLWS. (I have another deal pending, if that falls through, I might consider these.)

What crossovers are they, I can't tell from the photos. I have the 1984 KBWL, mine have AK-2 crossovers, I suspect yours are the same. Good luck with the sale.- 11 replies

Lascala II horns, mid drivers, tweeters and crossovers
opusk2k9 replied to AlanWinslow's topic in Garage Sale
Please post some photos, I'm interested in seeing them. -
Well, I've done $350 for Chorus II, $150 for Forte (with Yamaha MX-1000 and CX-600), $100 for KLF-30, $75 for La Scala, and $60 for CF-3. However, they were all separate deals and required substantial driving. This is a one stop great deal. Best of luck, someone grab them.

Good luck. Great looking speakers.

The ad is for best offer. I wish people would just put an asking price. I haven't heard wooden horns, only my 1984 k-horns.

Bi-amp option for the Cornwall III, I believe.

Very cool. A mere 6.5 hours each way, hmmm...

From Posting: I'm selling my Klipsch Cornwall II speakers in good condition. These speakers sound as good as the current production Cornwall III. They all have original crossovers with $120 worth of new caps. They also have an upgraded binding posts as well. Ready to go to new home. http://denver.craigslist.org/ele/4327679891.html No Affiliation. I would buy them if they were closer.
