I upgraded everything so now I'm looking to sell my icons. Pair of vf36 towers, vc25 center and vb15s bookshelves. Everything is in mint condition. I have the original boxes but don't want to ship. With today's wiring you shouldn't have 20 amp breaker feeding your normal rooms it should be a 15. In every house I buy; I pull the 20 amps and put in 15. It all depends on how big the wire is coming from your breaker and if its rated for 20 amp.

Your so picky needing a box needing a box, I bet ups would handle with care...

sully I would have told you about this but Gorm just text me about it in the last day or two. My poor speakers wouldn't know what hit them if get it, since they've been getting babied by the Onkyo.

If you would of had it listed a month ago, I would of been game. I live in mason city so not to far away. I just bought a SVS sub so a amp wont be in the budget until I find out about tax refund. Still very tempting, if you don't sell it let me know.

If you go to best buy and have them look up a pioneer elite 67, they can get one from another store for around $999 with 2 yr warranty, they might want you to get geek squad. Talk to a manager because the ppl selling TV's probably don't know they can get one from another store and have it shipped to their store but its all up to the manager to bring it in. I was going to get one, but I figured I'm in no big hurry so I'll wait till the sc 77 or 79 goes on clearance.

Thanks everyone.. I'm going with the used svs nsd, its a little cheaper and pretty much new. This will be the first time buying something used off of a forum, going to use the brothers paypal(don't even have one)... so I'm going to be a little stressed until I get it and then hopefully I'll feel pretty confident about used stuff.

The best question is which one, I've been looking at 3. All of them are around the same price. I have a open concepts room now, but someday will have a enclosed room. I have a klipsch sw450 not very impressed with it. SVS PB12-NSD $699 SVS PC12-NSD $749 Outlaw LFM-1EX $649 but goes on sale for $599 often. Would the cylinder style make a difference or is it all for looks.

I'm just looking at buying one in the 600 range and maybe a second one down the road. Room size is unkown but someday maybe in a basement. I've been talking to scrappy and he is helping me out. With tax money coming back i'm looking forward to getting something soon. I posted the forcefield subs because they were different, I really wasn't looking at those the number don't add up for that price, to good to be true..

I wonder how the Outlaw would match up against the svs pb12 nsd.

Welcome to the forum. Do you have a local best buy in your area. you can try to get them to price match a Pioneer elite SC75 on amazon, the prices have been dropping fast. A magnolia person said they would do 1200 on the sc75 for me, I bet it might drop later, and it might eliminate your need for amp, until the upgrade bug hits ya. A real good blu ray player will help out also.

I like, Perfect movie room setup. My goal is to have something similar in the near future.

derrickdj do you feel the pioneer puts out 140 wpc and its enough for those klipsch icons, or did you feel a amp would be needed.

Welcome to the forums. I have the Icon klipsch setup also except their from 2 yrs ago. I have a Onkyo 809 and right now I'm debating on buying a pioneer elite sc75 or just buying a emotive xpa 3. They sound good when the volume is up high, you might catch yourself wanting more power down the road. I found out the hard way, wishing I would of bought a pioneer elite, my best buy didn't have a magnolia section so the guys that helped me didn't know anything. What blu ray player did you end up going with because a good player goes a long ways also. You have a good eye, wish I would of bought mine on black Friday.

Was there a pretty big difference between the 2 subs, I was debating on one of those or just spending the same amount and buying 2 outlaws.

I have a question for a blu ray player, I just bought a pioneer elite 62fd, but I have a xbox360 I can trade in for a Playstation 4. Would a playstion 4 make a better blu ray player for video and audio, or would the pioneer be better. One person said the pioneer is better picture but the pioneer is better audio wise.
