  3. I have a pair Belles for the front and need a Center to go with it. I don't have the room for a third Belle, so I am looking for another option. Has anyone used an RC 62 with the belles? How would the RC 62 compare to the Academy? Thanks, Lee

  10. This is the reply That I received from Oakwood Veneers: "Our rosewood is Bolivian, that seems to be where all the Rosewood is coming from nowdays. We can probably come up with a close match or similar. Please call if you have questions or need to place an order." I'll try Cookwoods and a few others to see how close of a match that I can find.....or I may end up with bolivian or some other species Thaks, Lee

  19. Yep, you gotta love the good samaritans of the world[:S]. I really love the " I have no affiliation with the seller etc" samaritans." all they do is drive the price up by drawing a lot attention to a particular item. Believe me, anyone that is looking for something knows were to look and doesn't need it to pointed out to them. The seller would have been happy to get rid of them for $800, that's what they were worth to him. Since they came with the house and haven't been played in 15 years, that tells me that he doesn't care about them and wanted to get them out of the house. Klipschorns rarely become available within driving distance let alone in the same city.
