I was also told after calibratiing that the sub level target range should be between -1.5 to +1.5. I have my sub volume at -23. Even if i set the sub at -10 the setting after calibration on my Denon is -12db which I was told is bad.

I really liked this movie and it had some good audio as well.

My livingroom isnt that big so the 62's are more than sufficient for covering the surround duty. I run a 5.1 system for now. I really think I need to focus on saving up for a more powerful receiver like the 3313 or 4311. I like the 791 but if I'm gonna go 7.1 route that thing is only gonna push about 50-60 watts per channel and it doesnt have pre-outs for an external amp.

I'm selling my RB51ii's if anyone is interested. I got them 4 months ago and they were used as surrounds. They are in 10/10 condition. I will post pictures tomorrow if interested. I'm asking 250.00. I live in Eau Claire, WI. I will also ship if need be. I have the original boxes, manuals, and rubber feet as well.

I received the RS62ii's today and all I can say is WOW! There huge, they sound wonderful, I can see why they are the flagship surround speakers. Simply amazing! They honestly put my RB51ii's to shame to say the least.

I always use Vudu. How is Amazon streaming compared to Vudu? I've always used Vudu because the video and audio quality has been really good IMO.

Yea my intentions for upgrades didnt consist of my surrounds costing more than my mains. The 62ii's will have to be tamed way down till I can do something with the fronts. I was planning on the RF62ii's. I really dont have money for the RF7ii right now.

I found a good deal the other day online by an authorized Klipsch dealer for an open box like new RS 52ii's for 550.00. They just sent me an email saying they are all out of the 52ii's and will give me a brand new pair of the RS 62ii's with no extra charge. Pretty good deal. I definately have to upgrade my fronts now lol.

Just emailed the guy and got an out of office reply lol. He wont be back until Feb 4th. It also gave me a list of 5 other insurance agents I could contact and the secretarys name haha.

I wonder if there would be that much of a difference in sound between the 52's and the 52ii's? Maybe someone will chime in and give their opinion

Looking for some side surrounds. Any help would be appreciated.

My preferance is Denon. The 2113 would be in your budget. I also like Pioneer. Everyones opinion is different on here. Is there anywhere you can go to listen to different receivers. Some receivers are warmer sounding etc.. it all depends on YOUR ears. They all offer alot of the same options as well. Is there any options that you must have?

What is your budget? Is it a 5.1 system or just 2 channel? Do you listen to music or movies more? Answering these questions will help us direct you on the right path.
