Yes pro forum section would be best. I just replaced one of these not long ago and don't recall any problems. It was an OEM EV diaphragm though and not aftermarket.

I note with interest the cabinet mods but would point out that you have neglected the easiest and perhaps the most effective initial mod. Did you recap those crossovers?

I believe the original barrier strip had them split into two pairs parallel. It looked like they meant for two amp channels. One of the forum members sent me a wiring method to tie all four woofers into one circuit as a 4 ohm and that is another option. I just don't know if the single 2.75mh and 50uf crossover would be stout enough for that. The ones I sell I have to assume the new owner is going to push them as hard as they can so I want the crossover to be able to safely do that.

OK working on getting things fixed up here and have a question. The passive crossover for the LF of say the 904 and 456 has two woofers and the crossover is a 2.75mh coil and a 50uf poly cap. The 415 is broken down into two sets of two woofers and so should I fix a crossover for each pair or will the one be sufficient for the four?

sorry about the double post, forum acting weird at this end today. I see Virginia is recalculating how they count the wuhan red death now. If a person is tested for it and shows positive one day that is one. If a couple of days later they still are testing positive, which I am pretty sure they will, it is counted as a new occurance so the same dude now turns into two "new" cases or maybe ten if they keep testing the same guy. They also promise to keep the lock down going as long as the increase in cases grows which of course under this new metric it will have to. Faceless and paid no matter what these govt officials have no regard or care for those whose lives are being destroyed needlessly. The anger against all this is really building around here. Reminds me of the last piece of equipment I bought from China which was supposed to be an "aircraft" quality ISO 9001 lathe. The splined shaft the gear cluster rode on twisted twice under heavy load and had to be replaced. Bits and pieces falling off all the time and no loctite anywhere. ISO 9001 parts are all interchangeable from one machine to the next except from China. Everything that had a keeper pin in it was hand drilled and fitted and each time one of those items broke you got a part with no hole and you had to try and mate to the other parts non spec hole. It was not cheap to buy and it was the last made in China thing I bought for my business. The ISO rating was meaningless and I still can't figure out how the USA let them do this. The Chinese gave themselves the rating and no one contested it.

Yes so the time frame is basically the whole USA wuhan breakout time. What I read across the top of the chart is Covid-19 37,308 deaths. Pneumonia at 64,382 and finally Covid-19 + Pneumonia as comorbidities at 16,564. They are finally getting real about the causes of death and of the comorbidity. Note they did not combine Pneumonia + Covid-19 as a part of their Covid-19 deaths but as a separate category. They don't know which one tipped these over the edge and are not trying to artificially inflate the Covid-19 numbers with manipulated data.

Please explain how I cherry picked? How authoritative a source should I have above the one quoted? The seriously low flu numbers though do pose an interesting question to me. How long has this really been around and is this wuhan thing part of flu numbers last year? Strange to have such a shift in the flu numbers and I wonder if these wuhan tests were available last year what they would have found. Way to many things do not add up here.

Got to hear a Pentecostal Chinese preacher Evangelist speaker talk about these things. He says Christian faith is growing there but the govt goes after those who don't amend the Bible accordingly to party desires. In the mean time miracles happen behind closed doors and the evidence speaks for itself.

I have heard stories of Christians hiding even their shoes from the front step so officials would not see evidence of gatherings. People would trickle in so they would not be spotted. Today they are tearing down churches again or telling them what flavor they can believe in. They are an oppressed society.

I fully understand that circumstance. I guess in the back of my mind is how many older people I know have died from pneumonia often brought on by Flu. I am sitting here and pondering how statistics are collected today and will there be a precipitous "drop" in the number of flu cases this year. My kids have said don't worry we can build you a place next to us when you get older. I would rather die at home in the country where I now live and when it is time it is time. These last few years many seem to desperately cling to with terrible quality of life just does not seem to be worth it to me. We have do not resuscitate papers signed and have decided we are not going to subject ourselves and family to this. I can't imagine the burden of having a child with Downs Syndrome.

I am not certain here why you are unhappy. The price was not hidden and you knew it up front before you spent a dime. I presume you heard them live before buying and decided at that time it was worth it. The price of a lot of the new audio bits and pieces is way higher than I would pay. All these higher end speaker companies charge a lot and that is because they can and in general I think Klipsch is a better value than many others.
