I really like this Godzilla and didn't notice any clipping. It just shows, one guys garbage is another guys treasure, lol. I enjoyed Godzilla. Could have done without Bryan Cranston's melodramatic over acting, but good battles & destruction. Nice LFE too.

Well, I have high hopes for 2019... when we might finally have a great Terminator movie again. The Terminator was James Cameron's baby (based in part from a dream he had). However, since (at the time) Cameron was an unproven, no-name director from Canada... & no studio would allow him to direct the movie (he co-wrote) about time traveling robots. So, in 1984 when Cameron was living in his car... in order to be allowed to direct his project, he agreed to sell the rights to the Terminator... for $1. In 2019, Cameron finally gets the rights back to the franchise he created. 1.8 Billion dollars later, and 3 sequels later, in which he had no involvement. The property bounced around from studio to studio for the past 35 years, but soon he will be back in control of the Terminator.

It was so bad, the stank of the movie didn't allow me to separate & enjoy the audio.

Back to back dogs in the HT. First Jurassic now Terminator Genisys. What a waste. They sure can suck the cool (and any talent) from a franchise.

They Rousey/Cyborg fight has been discussion for some time. But no way Rousey would move up in class... so Cyborg would have to come down to Bantam. Could Cyborg & Holm meet (should Holm remain Champion)? Sure. Eventually. But doubtful that match up would be her first title defense. Plus, to be really effective Cyborg will have to commit to the lighter Bantam class (long term). Dropping that much just to make weight for just "1" fight... can really drain & zap all the energy, power & liveliness from a fighter (removing any inherent advantage). Rousey/Holm Rematch. Holm/Cyborg. Rousey/Cyborg. I'd like to see them all. Just hope Rousey doesn't go the way of Gina Carano & leave the sport after facing serious challengers.

Nothing draws this point more dramatically than comparing a 20 year old ball player making $5,000,000 a year and a 20 year old ACTIVE duty soldier making $19,000. You could always lobby your congressman to support a 95% tax rate & attempt to raise the active duty wages higher.

He put her up against someone of Rouseys caliber without blinking an eye. That because Dana underestimated Holm. Dana put her up as an appetizer to the Rousey/Cyborg fight that he wanted. He didn't expect this outcome. Now that he underestimated Holm & she is the Champion, it changes things. Doubtful her first title defense will be against anyone of Cyborg's caliber.

Yeah... she has her testing issues (lol). But you know with all the press & hype surrounding Rousey the past few years... Cyborg was like: "Hey...remember me? I'm the real deal here." Kinda weird now. Originally she was to fight Rousey for the title... now she would have to fight Holm for the title. Unlikely Dana would put Holm in that position, where she had to up against a fighter of Cyborgs caliber so fast.

If Cyborg cuts weight & comes down to Bantam as she plans to ... that will be even more bad news for Rousey. Dana was going to offer the Rousey fight to Cyborg (after Rousey "defeated" Holm)... that didn't work out. Now who knows.

Since you've given me permission to say what I want (LOL, how would that work in the real world).... Royce Gracie is & always has been a one dimensional fighter. You cannot be a one dimensional fighter in today's MMA. Pretty much said that in post #55.

Yes you can. Rich Franklin, Tito & even Kimbo (& countless others) all took it to Shamrock & defeated him in the 1st round by TKO. I was talking about Royce Gracie. Kimbo isn't a jiu-jitsu guy. If your specialty is the ground fight, then you get them on the ground. That's what Royce does. That's what Rhonda could not do. Royce nor Rhonda is a stand up striker. If they get forced in to that game then bad things will happen. That was over 20 years ago. Plenty of guys since have taken out Shamrock pretty easy. MMA is not a one dimensional sport anymore. Your statement is at best half right ... with added disclaimers.

As far as Rousey... lover her. But 3 months between fights is just dumb (even with finishing most of her fights early). Everyone eventually gets caught, get distracted, gets caught in their own hype. I Blame Dana for pushing her (allowing her) to fight 3 months after he last win. But, she'll be back. Give here at least a 6 months or a year before her next fight. She still has skills. Heck Fedor, Urijah & Liddell all got caught, it can happen to anybody. Inevitable.

'Watching' your viewing history, not literally watching you... Some TVs have cameras of course, which can be used to remote control the TV and for Skype. I don't use it on mine; too much of a hassle and I don't do much with my TV except turn it on and off and navigate Netflix. Literally watching you... that can happen elsewhere: (lol)
