  1. Kroil works better than anything I have tried. Either his testing sucks or I’m full of it. I may vote for the second option.
  2. I don’t understand what you mean? I used to have what the post is asking about. It no longer bothers me. That’s all I’m saying.
  3. I bought some insoles about a week after the pain started. It does not bother me anymore. Everything else hurts, but not the plantar faciitis.
  4. I have two pair also. Only boot I ever had that needed 0 break in. Wear very well also. I wear them 75 percent or so of the time..
  5. Merrell Moab 2 boots have great inserts. That is one hiking boot I can wear with out putting other inserts in. Great boots!
  6. I had it a few years ago. I went to a running shoe store and asked about a good insole inserts. They watched me walk, then told me to get some powerstep pulse insole inserts. Two days wearing them I was fine. Save some cash this way. I still use them.

    Smoked meatloaf

Mom used crackers or oats in her meatloaf. I can’t tell much difference between any of them bread included.

    Jokes?

A guy and his girlfriend were setting on the porch. The guy was trying to stir up some good conversation, and asked his girlfriend to tell him something that would make him happy and sad at the same time. She thought about it for a minute, and then said, Out of all of your friends you have the biggest pecker!
  9. If anyone has not watched Justified yet its a must. Great show!

    Smoked meatloaf

Turned out great! took right at 3 hours. at about 235 degrees most of the time. Smoke profile was spot on. Very moist! I went a little easy on the spices first time out and im glad I did. I used saltine crackers, so I knew that would add salt anyway. I may add alittle ketchup to the meat next time, but thats about all I will change. If i was better at it I would post pics. You can say it didn't happen without pics and im OK with that. Its the best meatloaf that I never made!

    Smoked meatloaf

I have the meatloafs on. Everything going well. Smoker trucking along at 232 degrees. Using a bread pan with saran wrap in the pan worked great for forming the loaf. I hope they turn out good. Peace!

    Smoked meatloaf

BigManStew was talking about the singer meatloaf. I think it is fitting that I listen to meatloaf bat out of hell right now. Im not using any bat though. I hear thats not a good idea. As a burned out hippie dude I met in my travels would says, thats some bad boogie!

    Smoked meatloaf

Thats about what I was reading it would take. Im not to worried about the smoking temp as long as it stays above 225 and below 300 or so. I was pulling at 165 like you said. Thanks for all the tips guys.

I would hang with your buddy, and even get lost if he had enough weed and food with him!

    Smoked meatloaf

Im going to shape it using a bread pan putting saran wrap under it. I can pack it tight that way. Using a grate to smoke it on.

    Smoked meatloaf

I have never made one but im going to make one tomorrow. Im using half ground beef and half sausage. Not going to use much wood. I don't think it will take much. Anyone ever do one on a smoker?

    Morels

I know there are farms but I do not know any more than that. I just eat them when we have them. It would be very profitable im sure, if you could grow a shit ton of them.

    Morels

Rodger the best time to hunt in the woods is after a rain, in the spring when the ground temp is 50 to 60. Mid 40 temps at night. 60 to 70 in the day and sunny. Loomy soil with leaf cover is where I do the best. North banks early in the season. Where the sun is hitting it. A lot of times around dead trees, and look around may apples also.

    Morels

I like them a lot. But part of it is the fact that you found them. I think this alone makes them taste better to hunters. I dipped them in egg. Rolled them in flour, with salt, and pepper. Fried in cast iron skillet a bit. So good!

    Morels

I don't buy them often. Most I paid in the past is 35 bucks but that was 4 or 5 years ago. I would not sell them for that with the work involved. And its a lot cheaper than weed. Its a one time a year thing so if you want them you either hunt or pay someone. I only have time to hunt maybe one more time this year. Season is about up here.

    Morels

Some people around here sell them. I know one guy who hunts them with a bloodhound. This is him. They go for about 60 bucks a pound which is expensive but finding them is a lot of work. I have a order in for a pound. You can only find them for 3 or 4 weeks a year around here.

Who likes them. I had morels and scrambled eggs for breakfast. I walked down the road, and found a dozen or so yesterday. Lot of work but man are they tasty! The wife is not very crazy about them. Im glad.
