    The Other Discs

Recall the gold discs? Not the msfl, but 14k audiophile such n such. Some could argue this wouldn't be a band to do this with, but somebody did. Marketed in Australasia apparently. 🤘🤘

Good ol Hard Rock, these guys could push it! & this disc has been through it. But CD's for better or worse can "Take a Licking and Keep on Ticking" VOTE! Like your life depends on it. & don't do it after Happy Hour!
  3. It's the tuba... always the tuba
  4. Used the backside of a table knife forever to redeem burned toast. Don't know if that grinder would take out the flavor in the crust

& yea, the two-timer wants more out of the one she wronged first also. Conniving is what we call that kind of treachery.
  6. Sad. Although I can't play mine now. My 70s LPs are mostly great, quiet and better than the ones from newer decades. Never understood folks talking about noisy vinyl unless counting the ones that met their demise `cause l let others mess with them at keggers or smaller parties. Tossed those, but the survivors play back with much more realistic sound than even my best digital discs. Since I looked into styli when getting into component systems micro line or a derivative has always been used on them and they're like new after the ultrasonic two years ago! I'm sooorryyyyy... That dweeb actor in the passenger seat of a Dodge Viper having the tires driven off by a maniacal Angelini Jolie in "Wanted" has been playing here on this rainy Sunday.
  10. Too bad Dave, a wasted full meal grains, vegetables, meat protein and dairy.... forget the banana, PIZZA is PERFECT!
  11. That's what a good pic that is in .png format with 24 bit depth can do, good graphics card in the mix. Monitor is 8bpc, tv 12bpc but color is dialed in better on the monitor. An article from DE helped me decide on this one way back then. http://www.prad.de/en/monitore/review/2008/review-hp-lp2475w.html#Introduction
  12. Dang! Those folks had a great day if they got as good of a deal on that incredible Ford also.
  13. Got my monitor back up. The tv was too big up close. Yep it's an HP, they were making great monitors back then, mine doesn't have 2ms response but the clarity and color is as good as it gets.... to this day.
  14. Oompah-Rock That's good stuff, would be a big hit at any festival!
  15. & I got one dvd to play so far but there's not a lot of video in there. Elephant Talk I've seen before but it's enlarged now!
  16. Still think mine's insane! It lost the HDMI scaling setting while the pc was asleep. If/when I install the next radeon drivers for my Vega that doesn't work, well I'll put it back in the box. maybe. It's great watching movies on the big screen from the other side of the room... fits the big sound I've got in here.
  17. Well I learned something today guys. Whenever you think you might like to put something that is unused into usage it wasn't designed for? Better get ready, cause it tripped me out. I've got a fantastic 24 inch monitor on my pc. IPS, perfect full gamut RGB color and is still good after fifteen years of use. When I rescued some of my stuff earlier this week I grabbed things to fill empty spaces inside the minivan. So right now I've got a 50 inch TV about two and a half feet in front of my face as a computer screen. Need to back it up a little more, if I still had that good wireless keyboard I could back myself up like I've been doing watching shows. The sound is better backed up in that loveseat ten feet back anyhow. Next time there is a software update for my graphics card I'll delete my settings and start that over... but it's really good already!
  18. @dirtmudd hammer fell wrong this time
  19. I agree on the sugar, I cut back on it just like salt. Like green tea also, just not often.

  22. I made some that was a little weak a while back. Then I made some that really woke me up and remembered, 1 tbsp for each 7 oz of water is as weak as I'll make ever again. Hadn't realized I've been logged in all afternoon and it's almost 8 pm now. See Ya HA HA! (That was in a song played over and over again at the Disney Polynesian Hotel back in the mid 90s when I re-stained, scraped lots of metal, Ospho-ed and painted for a year.) They had muzak with music from those islands and see-ya-ha-ha was part of the chorus of one tune! A Sikorsky Sky Crane was there for a week or so, we had to bail to the parking lot while they brought the new roofing in! Awesome.. now used that word three times in this decade If you Jersey-guys are here, give me a scream! The V-65 Magna is gone!

Better than those drones flying in synchronicity and lighting up? Yes I do recall you posting pics of some of your HUGE! raves! We're about the same age, I was born in that short window when Kennedy was President here. *NOPE huge isn't political. # DAMN. Haven't heard Stairway in a long time, it's cranked!
