  1. Looks great. Willing to take these apart and just ship me the speakers and crossovers? Haha ... trying to put these in a vintage stereo console ... not sure yet if I can make 10" woofers fit Console is coming Tuesday ... will let you know then - or earlier. Cheers, Emile
  2. Another QNap fan here. Have a (model) TS-251, 2-bay with 1TB drives. Have had it for 3-4 yrs ... so reliable I forget it's there Only have one problem ... streaming to my (older) Panasonic Viera Plasma TV. TV "forgets" the NAS and takes forever to reload the info And (of course) my AVR (Onkyo RZ810) does not stream movies So; pain in the a$$ ... have to get a movie from the NAS to my portable PC, then shoot it to the AVR via ChromeCast or Roku Any better solutions??? Yes; I know - get a newer TV. But love the plasma plus it's too heavy to take off the wall (BTW, it works just fine on my newer TV's). Thanks, Emile
  3. @carlthess40 ... you can come before Tuesday if that's more convenient Just can't "play around with my stereo" with the wife here
  4. Great! Looking forward to seeing you. No rush: I'll save them for you. If you can come Tuesday 11/21 or later I will have a bottle of wine open ( Haha ... wife leaves for a trip on Tuesday). Cheers, Emile
  5. Cool; seller "never plugged it in." So pretty sure it is "dead." He is going to deliver it next Tuesday ... will let you know Cheers, Emile
  6. Signing off for tonight ... back tomorrow ... Thanks All
  7. I was able to "smuggle in" Forte's and KP-3002's ... think the MCM's may be a "bigger" problem."
  8. @teaman ... haha ... would test them before shipping them
  9. Yeah ... wanted to get these (below)by member @smashwuf ... but my wife would kill me
  10. Very rough guess ... $150-$200. My zip is 33702; check USPS; packed 70# each. Just got some 70# KP-3002's from Miami (200 miles) for $60 each. Michigan is a bit farther ... my regular hourly rate used to be $500 ... haha ... OK; $10/hr to pack them Cheers, Emile
  11. OK; $0 ... free for pick-up ... 211 pound of Klipsch Pro speakers
  12. Specs for the KP-115 (pair) and the KI-215 (single) ... KP-115: https://web.archive.org/web/20130527161728/http://www.klipsch.com/kp-115 KI-215: http://images.klipsch.com/KI215_635042122173740000.pdf?_ga=2.126792709.947829625.1533654619-1179942399.1533654619
  13. Haha ... Klipsch community members can go on the extended payment account ... $100 now or $10/month for 36 months
  14. Hi, Picked up a pair of KP-115's and a single KI-215 from a 15yr Klipsch employee. Intended to use them in my home stereo, but at 65# (115's) and 81#(215) they are just "too much" to play with. Giving them away for $100 to Klipsch friends Haha; 1/2 of my cost. Note; local pick-up only ... too heavy to ship If "no locals," am willing to take them apart and ship (at your cost) the K-48-K woofers ... $60/pair ... or the K-45-KT woofers ... $also $60/pair. Also can include hardware from the boxes. OK; lousy pics ... will take better pics if there is any interest.
  15. OK; made the seller an offer to drop it off at my house Probably will replace the amp with a Marantz ... now looking for better speakers. No clue what will fit ... thought about my KP-3002 speakers, but think the 15" woofer will be a problem (even if I put it on the bottom) Think 8" woofer will fit on the front panel ... made a local guy an offer on a set of KI-102's but he wanted "too much." Any suggestions? See pic below ... just no clue about the "real size." Total height is 31 inch ... so roughly it looks like speaker panel is only 8 inches tall ... yes; we are "crazy."
  16. OK; $100 for 2xKP-115 and 1xKI-215. These speakers are just too heavy to play around with Anyone want them ... $100 ... paid $200 ... bought from a 15yr Klipsch employee ... local pickup in St. Petersburg, FL. Not going to ship them. Will probably put them in the "Garage Sale" section ... can disassemble and sell the K-48-K woofers for $60/pr and the K-45-KT's for $60 also ... you pay shipping Cheers, Emile
  17. Liked @CECAA850's suggestion. Here's another ...
  18. Anyone familiar with this (new) DSP? Have miniDSP 2x4, but this is a 4x8 for only $150 ... too good to be true? https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dsp-408-4x8-dsp-digital-signal-processor-for-home-and-car-audio--230-500
  19. Just picked them up ... Jeez; bigger than I thought ... @Dave A - you're going to need that trailer
  20. Great idea! Thanks! But let me collect a little more so you can have a FULL truckload.
