  1. This definitely looks like an amp out of an Allen Organ. A couple of years ago, I acquired 6 of these 100W RMS Allen mono amps from another member here on the forum. They are absolute monsters! I feed them from the pre-outs on an Onkyo surround system, and then adjust the level by hand. I don't turn them up much at all for a loud, clear sound.
  2. ...pole mount cups from the pro series they would sell? I have two KP-1000's that are missing these, and I think I would like to be able to pole mount some KP-2002's on top of them. If you do, I would REALLY appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
  3. I am hitting the road for North Orlando! Wish me luck.
  4. Thanks, Chief, I appreciate the info. It seemed to me that these were sorta H3's in a 2 way, that simply don't cover above 16k (which is fine because I can't hear much in that high part of the spectrum anyway...).
  5. I am picking up a pair of KP-2002-C, and I am wondering about the drivers. The woofer is supposed to be a KP-28-E, whereas the woofer for the Heresy 3 is a K-28-E. Are the KP-28-E and the K-28-E identical? @Dave A or @jimjimbo ??
  6. How about another one, maybe "Great Job"?
  7. I was talking about adding it when you hit the "Like" flyout, as a response to a post.
  8. They ended up not selling them, so I contacted them and offered full asking price if they would hold them for me until the weekend. They kindly obliged, so I will be able to drive over Saturday morning (around 2 hours each way...). I think they will go nicely with their big brothers, the kp-3002's. I think I will use them both as my center channel, and move the KPT-100's to the rear of the 6.1 / 7.1 setup.
  9. Good catch, I didn't twig onto that the first time around!

  11. Can we get a "Good Luck" post reaction icon? It's a good response to many posts, and I think it will get used frequently...

  14. So, with the 10% buyers premium, the total was $478. A reasonable price, methinks.
  15. That makes a lot of sense, Shiva.
  16. If you look at the photo where the plastic is peeled back the furthest, it looks like there is a secondary line where the leading edge has curled back beneath the top layer. Rolled underneath so to speak. If you iron that, it will be permanently fused together. Or so it appears to me. I like 314's suggestion of trimming off the vinyl and replacing it with cove molding. If sanded and trimmed properly, it should look "factory" in quality and easily replaced in the future should it become damaged.
  17. This is from the same auction site as the Belles already listed: Set of Klipsch Quartet Floor Speakers | Live and Online Auctions on HiBid.com
  18. Pictures and a better description would help you sell these. Try the picture hosting at the bottom of this post, it's dead simple.

@Westcoastdrums Why couldn't you be living next door to me?
  20. These are beautiful, and well worth the asking price, IMHO.
  21. And gone already. How much was he asking, @billybob ? If they were less than $400 I would have jumped on them. I love their bigger brothers, the KP-3002's!
