Hey Colin, not from that area but live about 5 hours away. I drove though it once and if recall it was very pretty in that area. Hope you have fun out here in the Northwest. I would have recomended you wait until July to come out. Often times our sumers don't start until July at least on the west side of the Cascade Mountains, the east side is always dryer so you may be just fine. Once summer does start, it's absolutly beautyfull out here.

OK, looking at the chart, suppose we want 5 db attenuation. The input would be at 0 (negative) and Y (positive). Output would be at 0 (negative) and 3 (positive). Bob So, just to be sure then, if we had an Attenuation of say 3 Input would be Post 0(Neg), Post 5(pos) Output would be Post 0(neg), Post 4(pos)

Bob, one more question. It's regarding the transformer sheet you sent. Your sheet has the following table. Input Taps | Output Taps | Attenuation(DB) 0-X 0-4 1 0-Y 0-4 2 0-5 0-4 3 0-X 0-3 4 0-Y 0-3 5 ... ... ... ... ... ... Exectra. So, what does that mean? How do I read this? Where do the positive leads go, and where to do the negative leads go? Sorry to be such a pain, just want to make sure that I understand what I'm doing before I mess somthing up. Thanks again! Rick

Hey Bob.... Back in Feb time frame I sent you an image where I had layed out actual images of all the cornwall 2 parts I had purchased from Parts Express. I had them layed out in the form the schematic showed and asked you if the way I layed all the parts out was correct, which you confirmed that they were. I wanted to know if you still have that and if so, can you send it to me? What's throwing me off is that the schematic shows that the woofer and squawker both use a 3mH. I have two different types of 3mH inductors that I purchased and I don't recall why, I'm sure that I was told to do so by someone... Dean rings a bell. And while I'm at it I have a transformer question... The schematic I have shows that the "+" circuit lead coming into transformer goes to pin 2, then from pin 1 the circuit goes to the "+" terminal on the squawker. Then there is a lead coming out of pin 2 going to the negative circuit lead which ties into the "-" terminal on the squawker. I just wanted to confirm that those are correct according to the transformers you sent me. Thanks! Rick

What's the OEM riser? What is it from the bottom of the cabinet, to the bottom of the woofer? I don't have risers on mine.

Does it matter how far up the motorboard the woffer is from the port? If so, how high up the motorboard should it be? I guess it would be just as easy to ask the guys with Cornwall 2's, what is the measurement from the bottom of the cabinet to the bottom of the woofer?

The virdict is still out rather I like it or not. It's far removed from typical Def Leppard. What they did is took a bunch of songs that inspired them as kids and redone them Def Leppard style. Kinda Def Leppard style anyway. So anywho, if you get a chance, they do a version of the old song Rock On. The recording is just flawless and sounds soooooooooooo fricking good on those RF7s. Well, that's it, that's about all I wanted to say. []

All, just curious to know what player you use when listening to music on your PCs. My guess is that there has to be something better than Windows Media player, WinAmp, Real Player. They are decent players in their own right, but, the quality still lacks. Anyone know of a player that has superior quality, or do any of those players have plugins that enhance the quality? And yes, I'm very well aware that I probably should have posted this down in the computer section before anyone points that out. []

Anyone watch this movie? I just watched it yesterday. Slow, dry very monotone movie. I really enjoyed it, but definitly had a different feel to it.
