Clapton hit Columbus so I had to get out and blow the stink off. Seat prices? The sky is the limit. Those Ohio State kids need that tuition money yanno. 😂 😂

Since the Clapton show was last Thursday and I said I'd share some details n pics here's one I loaded at some point. Tons of stuff going on around me lately so there hasn't been much time to post let alone spin. Maybe I posted this one. Ugh! lol Clean and simple set up, which is always nice to be able to do.

Gonna throw something on down just to give ya a lil listen to this "old" local guy I know who's been playing for close to 60 years. Started as a kid back in the 70's, playing some covers then took off on his own way. Never made much like most but never stopped playing and writing. Survived his battle with Cancer and it's kinda fun now cause he's getting the itch go get a group going. He reached out about 6 months ago and he's been tossing some stuff on youtube from his younger days. Just thought I'd share if ya wanna check him out while you scroll. Kind of different but I'll tell ya this much he can shred! Hope it worked for ya!

Those last couple of posts and I was snickering just a bit. It seems as though the "MelloOne" is slipping into the rabbit hole. 😂 Won't be long and he'll be on a quest for all of the old Genesis lp's. Yes, MelloOne it's gonna happen... 😂 😂 😂 Good job w/that lil tweek right there Paul. 😂

Last week I got my new Tedeschi Truck 4 lp set. Wanna talk marketing? $100 and I got exactly what I ordered I guess. 4 single albums w/no jacket all in a bit heavier than normal liner. Guess I should have spent the extra $25 or 30 an the box set of 4. lol Amazing.

I've got an old pair of Marantz Electrostatic's and they sound fantastic. Either those of a pair of 650 Sennheiser. Don't really need either but at times I used them just for giggles. Great excuse for not answering the door

Long ago I turned to Deang to build my boards. It's my last system unless I hit the lottery. Then it's those big boys I drool over. I could NOT have asked for someone nicer to put them together for me. Totally honest, very "real," professional in every way and knows what he's doing. Life's simple and Deang stepped up and made my LS sing. For that, I'll be forever grateful. Things have changed over the years and now there's a supplier of authorized parts, which is a game changer for everyone. Those boards he made me are a work of art as far as I'm concerned. I'm also glad things worked out with Roy and Corporate to get him back in the loop. The thing so many forget is w/o PWK this would have never happened. No guy on the planet is better than the Chief imo. Every great leader had a bonehead somewhere. That one "go to" guy you can trust to step up as the leader of the pack someday. Today, EVERY thing is or should be proprietary in business, imo. If it's not, you're not going to be in business too long. It's global now, reverse engineering, open plant tours. Why??? Just my .02 worth. Nope, not Diana Krall but... If the shoe fits buy the other one! -
