  1. Nice and smooth @geezin'!
  2. It's just schocking to me that you'd even ask that after your first treatment. Just remember to bite down on that mouthpiece. Keep an eye on the nursies too curmudgeon. Your system will arrive Monday to fill your room. Gnome shipping is the best just ask @JohnJ Not bad @dirtmudd, not bad at all. Right on target. It's been a minute for that clip. 😂
  3. @Full Range remember this is coming from the guy who make's Bobby Flay look like a mama's boy. He even butchered his own beef. ONCE! This year it went to the shop if that tells ya anything. 😂 Bottom line? I'd prolly try one @ the Coloray Beach House. I've got faith in the @grasshopper.
  4. Chillin a bit... Coffee's good.
  5. @grasshopper did ya have a breakfast pie this morning from the gas station? lol I think I could count on one hand the number of times I've ever eaten a sammich from a gas station cooler. Scares me... lol Yea, it's spring. Everyone has one. Just like everyone has a black velor picture of Elvis hangin in their listening room. lol Was always a hoot when ya drive by an old van somewhere in the middle of BFE , doors open and Elvis pics sittin everywhere. Apply tictoc here somehow. Youngest has people contact her about her doing something for a tic toc vid they're working on. Then she posts the video with her in it. Kids today think it's fine. I'm still trying to figure that thought process out. Maybe the gene pool? 😂
  6. Yea, seriously? I think about 75% of the people that liked that tune did it out of respect for her dad. It was catchy though. Then poof she was history like so many others. That one hit wonder thingy. 😂
  7. 65 here in Duckburg yesterday! Today? Not so much. 35 outside now. lol Typical for spring around here. Calling for 60's and up on the wkend. Broke the grill out and toasted some bratwurst. Leftover's today! Mr Mudd that forecast is just plain nasty! Gave up on fertilizing the yard this year. New pull behind spreader fell apart last spring so I ordered a simple lil replacement part that cost me $15. The lil trap door from the bin to the spreader wheel. Cake, right? Wrong. Now the thing throws the spread into the cub cadet instead of the yard. Bleh, called Tru-Green and they showed yesterday. Dude walked it spreading granular, done in 10 minutes and was crawling in the pickup. I got the special for 60, then checked what he put on. 19 parts nitrogen and nothing else? Time for a new spreader I think. Back in two weeks for the fert and pre-emergence @ 115? Can't wait to see what the content mix is for this one. I knew they had it figured out but seriously? End of rant and time to make more coffee.. @MicroMara get on that rehab and hope all goes well for ya. Bad backs are nasty. We'll throw down some tunes for ya over in the youtube thread. Get to work and no cheating! Leave the females alone too. None of that feely, touchy, gropy stuff from another old man.
  8. This is a new 3lp pressing that dropped a while back. Yes Sir, it's everything they say it is. Crazy dark but fantastic in it's own way! In a class all of it's own and "they" say it was his best. I'd tend to agree with them cause it's wild in it's own way! If ya like him it's a must have especially in the 3 disc format. Crazy good! Malcolm John Rebennack Jr. (November 20, 1941 – June 6, 2019), better known by his stage name Dr. John, was an American singer and songwriter. His music combined New Orleans blues, jazz, funk, and R&B.[1] The Sun, Moon & Herbs is a 1971 studio album by New Orleans R&B artist Dr. John, noted for its contributions from Eric Clapton, Mick Jagger, and other well-known musicians. It was originally intended to be a three-album set but was cut down to a single disc.[4] The album was described by James Chrispell on AllMusic as "dark and swampy" and "best listened to on a hot, muggy night with the sound of thunder rumbling off in the distance like jungle drums".[1]
  9. Fact! 😂💪
  10. The things I could do in the hood w/those... 😂 😂 😂
  11. That works for me. Didn't nose to much on where it posted.
  12. Started in on a Supertramp roll w/ @grasshopper over in CC&C so here we go on a roll. lol Crisis? What Crisis? is the fourth album by the English rock band Supertramp, released in 1975. It was recorded in Los Angeles and London – Supertramp's first album to have recording done in the US. Funny, now Hodgson, who had no vision for this album, said in the mid-80's it's his favorite lp. lol Supertramp is the debut album by the English rock band Supertramp, released in August 1970.[3] It was not released in the United States until late 1977, but available through importers and was usually carried in record stores that specialised in British imports. The 1977 issue reached No. 158 on the US Billboard 200.[4] Indelibly Stamped is the second album by the English rock band Supertramp, released in 1971. It marked a dramatic change in direction to a more straightforward rock sound, and by admission of the band's own liner notes, "Travelled" is the only song with any resemblance to their debut album. Like their debut, this album was a commercial failure upon release, but in later decades it went gold in France and Canada. The cover photograph features the tattooed torso and arms of a topless woman. This is the first Supertramp album issued in the U.S.; the cover was in colour (in 1971), but A&M pasted two gold stars over the nipples. The album was banned from a number of record stores in Australia, while others sold each copy inside a brown paper sleeve. No gold stars on this lp! How'd that happen? 😂 The rest is history but yea I've got a ton of 'em just too lazy to take the pics. lol Breakfast in America sounds absolutely fantastic right now! Just got up off my butt and tweeked out "Child of Visions." Ahhhhhhmazing song! Hit it and crank it up!
  13. Ok, I took the short cut and hit youtube instead for instant gratification right? Then THIS comes up? So I'm sittin here watchin it for a laff thinking about allllll those deer. Musta been a thousand of 'em. Wimmen doing these things are a hoot. 😂 Yes Sir, ya look out at the crowd and there they are. Deer lookin up at the stage starin. See how the a "thousand" of 'em relates? 😂 😂 😂 Ya just had to be there! 😂 😂
  14. Yea, this was funny as crap. Helped 'em load up from this gig up fairly close to Kent State so I was drivin the bus while a couple of the other guys were in the van heading home the back way. We just headed out "the long way home." lol No it wasn't Supertramp. Although after that song broke we used it to start into the story. Instant memory jog for us. lol Just funny. Now I might have to give that album a spin for the grin.
  15. Welcome to the forum. Tell us a bit more about yourself if you would. I'm into Distant Arrivals now, which seems to have a bit more rythmic definition than the others before it. Taking me for a bit of a ride whereas the other 3 didn't. Imma nosin on 'em but have some things to get done outside. I'll slip back . Tell us more about what you're really trying to accomplish and how you're going to do it. I want some meat and taters on ya! Again, welcome to the forum. BTW, a roll of toilet paper is cheaper than tissues. 😂
  16. Mid 50's today here in Duckburg. Rain coming thru tomorrow evening then some varying temps for a few days. Just about to turn the corner in the next couple weeks it looks like from the forecast. Who knows. Deer are crazy. Group of us left a bar after a gig to do a lil road trippin about 4AM. I was driving on some two-lane and came to a sharp curve, made the curve and there they were. I'd say about 200 of em standing on both sides of the road starin into my headlights. Wanna talk about freaking out? They wanted me to stop so they could get out and pet 'em? Crazy but true. We still laff about it but to hear them talk now it was at least a thousand. 😂
  17. Looks cozy and I'd make it even more informal. Those lil tables look easily adaptable for your feet. You can hold your beer. Take the "Blue Room" outta the box!
  18. @AndreG. Dream Theater? Yea, I chuckled. Boys take ya for a ride? lol Nice video @dirtmudd thanks! Have most of them but made a lil list. It's fun throwin 'em down today for a lil change of pace. Been years since I've heard a lot of them. Now WHERE is that ELP Brain salad? Everything BUT that. I did all 4 stops in 71 at the old Cleveland Public auditorium on their Tarkus tour. After the response to the initial show we had them back for 3 nights in a row in the spring.. Then in 74 they did the World Series of Rock at the old Cleveland stadium. That's the one that just about killed me. That gong... lolol The hunt begins! It's here somewhere! 😂
  19. My buddy and I shot that one from my back yard. Had about 4 bodies out shooting time lapse. Man were we trashed when we got done. lol Got the prints and they all looked great. We'll see what happens in April. We're right in the middle of it all I guess. Hotels are booked everywhere in it's path. People making all kinds of plans. Dunno why. I just tell 'em it's gonna rain.
  20. Goodbye (also called Goodbye Cream)[2] is the fourth and final studio album by Cream, with three tracks recorded live, and three recorded in the studio. It was released in Europe by Polydor Records and by Atco Records in the United States, debuting in Billboard on 15 February 1969.[3] It reached number one in the United Kingdom and number two in the United States. A single, "Badge", was subsequently released from the album a month later. The album was released after Cream disbanded in November 1968.[4] The group started their farewell tour on 4 October 1968 in Oakland, California[5] and 15 days later on 19 October the group performed at The Forum in Los Angeles where the three live recordings on Goodbye were recorded with Felix Pappalardi and engineers Adrian Barber and Bill Halverson.[1] This is the limited live collection from the Forum in LA. Great listen. Garcia is Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia's first solo album, released in January 1972. Toulouse Street is the second studio album by American rock band the Doobie Brothers. It was released in July 1972, by Warner Bros. Records. It was the band's first album with bassist Tiran Porter and also the first with drummer Michael Hossack to augment existing drummer John Hartman, putting in place their trademark twin-drummer sound. Toulouse Street is the name of a street in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The cover and inside centerfold photos were taken at a former brothel on Toulouse Street. The album peaked at number 21 on the Billboard 200. My old quad lp never sounded better. Such a great old album.
  21. Just a few from yesterday's run. Crazy day today cause I'm loadin up again! Watchin a bit of college hoops, volume down and cookin with gas! Straight Shooter is the second studio album by the English hard rock supergroup Bad Company. The album was released on 28 March 1975.[5] The album reached number 3 on both the UK Albums Chart and the US Billboard 200.[6][7] It was certified gold (500,000 units sold) by the Recording Industry Association of America a month after its release.[8] The album was remastered and re-released in 1994. The track "Shooting Star" (written by lead singer Paul Rodgers) was lyrically inspired by the drug and alcohol-related deaths of guitarist Jimi Hendrix and other rock musicians. Full Moon Fever is the debut solo studio album by Tom Petty, released on April 24, 1989, by MCA Records. It features contributions from members of his band the Heartbreakers, notably Mike Campbell, as well as Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison (who died prior to its release), and George Harrison, Petty's bandmates in the Traveling Wilburys.[2][3] The record shows Petty exploring his musical roots with nods to his influences.[4] The songwriting is mainly collaborations between Petty and Lynne, who was also a producer on the album. Full Moon Fever became a commercial and critical success, peaking at No. 3 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and being certified 5× platinum in the United States and 6× platinum in Canada.[5][6][7] Cheap Thrills is the second studio album by American rock band Big Brother and the Holding Company, issued by Columbia Records in 1968. Cheap Thrills was the band's final album with lead singer Janis Joplin before she left to begin a solo career. For Cheap Thrills, the band and producer John Simon incorporated recordings of crowd noises to give the impression of a live album, for which it was subsequently mistaken by many listeners. Only "Ball and Chain" was actually recorded in concert at the Winterland Ballroom.[2][3] Cheap Thrills reached number one on the charts for eight nonconsecutive weeks in 1968. If you ain't got it ya darn sure better git it! Classic and Janis is ahhhhmazing! Sometimes You Win is a studio album by the American band Dr. Hook, released in 1979. It was produced by Ron Haffkine.[2] The album contains three of the band's most commercially successful singles: "When You're in Love with a Beautiful Woman" (also included on their previous album Pleasure and Pain), "Better Love Next Time" and "Sexy Eyes."
  22. Have a few of them just like you prolly do as well as everyone else. Never heard of a few of them. They all have 'em I'm sure. Interesting for sure though.
  23. Bolts replaced? What's with that? Friends wife has a Z4 and loves it when she gets it outta the garage. Part of their collection. Guy is passionate about all the rides in his stable. 3 Porsches, the Z4 convertible and a new red vette w/maybe 50 miles on it. He's gonna turn the vette and make some chump change. I'm waitin on him to finish his old Lotus rebuild. Bouight it in boxes from the original owner who bit off more than he could chew. It's been sittin in the garage for him to tinker with for 20 years or more. lol Almost like us upgrading our rigs.
