  1. Hi All I have the latest Bluetooth over ear reference headphones and the plastic bracket that holds the bottom of the padding is broken. This is completely broken on one side and cracked on the other side. So its clearly either a design flaw, faulty plastic or possibly over tightened screws during the manufacturing process. Is any one else able to confirm the same issue? I am being told these plastic parts cannot be shipped out to me and that I need to return the product from New Zealand to USA, then also that they cannot ship a replacement outside the USA. This seems crazy considering its a simple fix, all I need is two parts so that I can replace them, a couple of minutes work and the problem is fixed? Can someone please help take this further so I can get this issue sorted. Product is only two months old.
  2. For some reason, my KG-300 headphones are showing up as a mono device on my PC. I have them connected to USB and Optical. Any idea what I need to change to get the PC to recognize them as a stereo device? I attached a screen shot of the Sound Device Manager dialog. I am running Windows 10. Thanks for any help.
  3. After getting only a "discontinued" response from Klipsch, and no response from reaching out to Klipsch employees, I have to ask: Why did Klipsch abandon this very expensive product, and why is there zero aftermarket support? I already know, from my own experience and the wonderful world of web opinions that: They are not very comfortable The noise cancelling really depends more on isolation (that tight clamping) and noise masking, and was never as effective as the competition The headbands and ear cushions are not very sturdy (my ear cushions split despite careful handling) All that being said, Klipsch could at least have provisioned enough headbands and cushions to help us out. Klipsch is famous-rightly so- for supporting decades old speakers, so why not a product that was marketed as a"flagship" entry?

  6. These are Klipsch's top of the line in-ear headphone, with an MSRP of $549.00. They are incredibly clear and sound amazing. I purchased these several months ago and have literally only used them once. They are absolutely in like new condition and come with all packaging, contents, and documentation that came with them. I simply am not a "headphone guy", and I have come to the realization that spending this much money on headphones that I'll use once or twice a year is completely absurd. They are made for use with IPhones, as the controls will only be functional as such. I am asking $250 shipped, insured, with tracking to the contiguous 48 states. I am willing to ship elsewhere for $250 plus whatever the additional shipping would be. Pics available upon request. Thank you for your interest!
  7. An interesting article that compares a number of headphones (but not by name) and shows more similarities than differences... http://asa.scitation.org/doi/10.1121/1.4984044
  8. The ever-popular Reference S4 & S4i in-ear headphones are back in stock for a limited time! These are dead stock, meaning that we won't make any more of these beauties. Oh and they're available at a reduced price to cap it off. Reference S4: [link] Reference S4i: [link]

  10. Hey all, Thanks for reading. I have a pair of Reference One's with a bum jack. I began the repair process but stopped when I found that, it appears, the universal RBGC wire scheme for TRRS jacks does not seem to appear here, unless I'm going crazy. To my eyes, I've got four copper wires, three of which have been coated with enamel, one is coated in white that I figured had something to do with ground. The real head scratcher is right and left ear. One appears to be blue and the other a greenish/blackish with white running in it. I've scoured the internet for answers with no luck. I've attached a picture, the white/copper is in front, greenish/black/white on the right, blue on the left and the three other copper in back. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks again!

  13. A couple months ago I was strolling through Costco and happened to notice the 'Klipsch 4m Headphones'. Needing a new pair of headphones, I bought them. Just recently, the audio became 'muffled' and 'wet' while listening to them; I tried them in a different device and the same thing occurred. Remembering on the box it said there was a '2 Year Warranty', I visited the Klipsch site, only to find that the product doesn't exist! Are these headphones counterfeit? Or are they simply a 'custom made' version for Costco? Searching hasn't really yielded any results, though they do have a striking resemblance to the 'S4A (II) Headphones for Android', are they the same thing?
  14. Do these Image One Bluetooth headphones have to be charged by USB on computer or can I charge them with my phone charger? I have several LG phones with wall chargers. Wondered if these would work or damage the headphones. I really love these headphones. They are so comfortable.
