kloppman
All I can say is WOW! MSRP was only $750 new! Looks like you were one of the bidders. Keep your eyes open, I picked up a pair near mint for $275 only about a month ago.
anarchist
I have a pair that are entirely mint with fewer than a hundred hours on them. I watched this auction with great interest and am now torn between keeping my babies or sending them on to a new home. These things could go a long way towards financing a purchase of Choruses or Fortes. ------------------ Fronts - KG4's Center - C6 Surrounds - S6's Sub - KSW200 Powered by - YAM995

htxpert
That's nuts The RS-7 is a better all around surround and lists for $800pr I have installed the RS-7 with the KLF-30 and C-7 and it was a great match The KSPS-6 was a good surround for its time but the RS-7 is just plain better as far as performance goes ------------------I am HI-FI

avman
HEY! i had the opportunity to get rs-7's at about the same price as the ksps-6's, and chose the '6's. O.K.,the rs-7 may be a 'better' speaker, but for the position in my ht room i think the 6's were as good or better choice; didn't want the woofers firing 12'across the room into each other, and besides..they are specified in the legend owner's manual as the match . anyway, real happy w/the 6's, but gotta good deal. avman. ------------------ 1-pair klf 30's c-7 center ksps-6 surrounds RSW-15 in the house!! sony strda-777ES receiver upgraded to v.2.02 including virtual matrix 6.1 sony playstation 2 sony dvpnc 650-v 5-disc dvd/cd/SACD changer dishnetwork model 7200 dishplayer satellite receiver/digital bitstream recorder sony kv36xbr450 high-definition 4:3 tv sharp xv-z1u lcd projector w/84" 4:3 sharp screen Bello'international Italian-made a/v furniture panamax max dbs+5 surge protector/power conditioner monster cable and nxg interconnects/12 gua.speaker wire KLIPSCH-So Good It Hz! willjam
All I can say is WOW. I purchased a similiar pair of KSP-6s two years ago (mint) for $650. Individual had purchased them and his wife objected to the color. She thought the white ones were better suited for thier decor. I don't believe they had 10 hours of use. I have been extremely happy with them. The narrow width of the KSP-6s fits my listening room better than the the RS-7s and matches up with my Heresy's and RC-3 quite nicely. Don't believe I would part with them at any price. ------------------ Bill J. My Music System

aab3rd
Geez, I am glad I got mine for $375. Anyone want to buy them for $850. I might go with matching KLF20s for rears then!
dearlv
I had the 6's but sold them (I "gave" them away for 700 last year), and I got KLF 20's for rears. They match the KLF 20's much better than the 6's ever could. May have to sell them before I move.
HornEd
Dearlv, 'tis sad to hear you may have to part with your four 20's. My experience with using 30's surrounds to match my 30's Mains met with a similar benefit. If Dame Fortune smiles and you continue to Klipsch along with the 20's, try to pick up another pair for your center channel and rear effects and you will have an 6.1 system that really brings out the best of the 20's. If you need to lay the center 20 horizontally, building a new motorboard is a fairly simple process. Try it, you'll like it! HornEd ------------------ "LEADING 8 LEGENDS INTO THE 6.1 GENERATION!"
