wanted khorn leslie motor and padle.

Recommended Posts

I just picked up a old tube power hammond m 103 and wanted to hook it up to a khorn for added punch.

Anyone have the khorn leslie parts for sale? I know klipsch made the kit back in the day..

The padle fit inside the big old 50 's area mid horn and was powerd wih a pully and motor.

Exactly how does that work?

Pardon my simplicity but...is it similar to putting a fan in front of your mouth and on the other side of the fan, your voice is 'chopped up'?? (ya gotta keep this real simple for me)

Also... I was watching a tv concert last night, one of the acts was Iron Butterfly!! They had a Leslie on stage. I forgot how the top part (whole thing?) slows down and speeds up. My question is, what controls that? I was trying to listen to the music and playing a high/low note didn't seem to have a correlation, nor did creshendo kinda thing. Then again, maybe I simply missed it.

I just remember as a kid, being intrigued on them going slow/fast/slow/fast...fast....fast...slow... Being one who LOVES to take things apart, I've always had an eyeball on those.
