sean5340
I recall in my early teens a feeling of euphoria when I listened to Black Sabbath- Seet Leaf for the very first time. It was like I had stumbled upon something forbidden and I owned it all to myself. I felt a connection and could not get enough of it. This happened again when I listened to Judas Priest- Beyond the Realms of Death. There have been a few here and there that have come close but not like these. Have any of you had similar experiences and if so what tunes? Sean
EM3
Hmmm I still get that way when I listen to Time by Pink Floyd.
Moderators dtel Posted May 16, 2009 Moderators Share Posted May 16, 2009 A little different music than you, I am older than you so....but anytime I listen to good music ( what I like ) well reproduced or live sure....euphoria.... for me it's not any particular song just great music in general. Once I was talking to a relative and they said " I don't care for music " I was dumbfounded, really shocked all I could say was a person who don't like some type of music MUST have a mental problem, they can't be normal, I didn't know what else to say, seriously ? Give me a break even a caveman could beat a stick on a rock and amuse himself and others ! [:S]

sredmyer
The live version of the Eagles "Hotel California" from the album "Hell Freezes Over" does it for me. Gives me goose bumps every time I hear it. Steve
nu2toobs
Neil Young, "After The Gold Rush", and his new release, "Live At Massey Hall" both give me a very emotional response.
jcmusic
Well Sean my music taste has changed a little in the last 20 years or so, but back in the day there were a few songs by Rush that I got connected to. Jay
