What are you listening to these days Horn Zak, besides the sound of Kosher Corned Beef frying ? I heard you spend a lot of money on Saw Palmetto for that grapefruit sized Prostrate you are toting around ? Make you a deal, fly down to Florida, and I will show you where you can pick all the Saw Palmetto you want! LOL Horn Zak, your wife was on the Lansing Heritage Forum some time back you know ? Yep, she was looking for a good deal on a geiger counter ! She said your 72 year old Kosher arse was radioactive, said it even glowed in the dark. I told her I did not have a geiger counter Maron, but us Ham Radio types use lead sheeting to shield automotive distributors from creating noise in our receivers. I even offered to send her some lead sheeting free of charge, along with instructions to make a "radiation blocking diaper" for those radioactive beads shoved up your kosher arse ! [] She will be "good to go maron" with the lead diaper, as long as you lie on your stomach, just dont fart ? Hello Maron !!!! Well, I have a Kenwood TS 850 S, it is all I have left from my Ham Radio station. I sold my Henry 2K Ultra amplifier, and my Tri Band Yagi antenna/tower. Shombaum, sounds like someone from a Jewish Deli, making me hungry for a corned beef on rye sandwich and a pickle Maron !!! Funny, I did have an old radio shack CB rig I converted for 10 meter mobile use, once upon a time. It is COLD here in Tampa, went down to 37 last night !! ZAKO Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 ka7nig,,, The 850 is a nice unit ,,What are you useing for an antenna now,, Shombaum is well known for exposeing some radio ham members for dipping there fingers in the radio club account,,causing a war,amongst members For about 2 yrs, The FCC had to step in pulling some licence,s,,Mikey was a friend of his,,and would do verble battles over the airwaves,,, I notice you making some unplesent comments about jewish people and there food,,, I,m Christion..But have many jewish friends,, My descents is from RUSSIA,,, Its very cold in Siberia,,40 below is common,,, The Siberians are very independent,,and don,t like Russions that much,, You would be suprizad how close in commonality the Alaskin natives are to the Siberians,,A twin continent seperated by a small strip of water (Bering Strait,,) I notice People making fun of Sarah Palin,,Making comments about seeing Russia from Alaska,,,All she has to do is look around her,,During the last mini Ice Age people walked back and forth between the two continents,,, Russion decendence built churh,s on the Aluition Ilands and on the Alaskin State, Anchorage & Kenai.. She intially moved there (to Koetzebue, above the arctic circle) for a job - specifically working for the native tribal counsel, as a representative for the smaller outer tribes. She ran into trouble when the tribal governing body wanted to allow drilling in some of the protected areas. The tribal bigwigs had dollar signs in their eyes. To allow drilling would have meant that the smaller subsistance tribes would no longer have access to the Caribou they needed for food. Mom-in-law stuck up for the smaller tribes, and was generally a thorn in the side of the governing body, so they fired her. Without any documentation to make their case. She brought them to court and won a settlement. 10 years later, she back working there again. Go figure. Oh, and she lived with a guy who raised sled dogs for a living, specifically lead dogs. You know those malamutes and huskies you see on TV pulling sleds? That's a rare site. Real sled dogs are mutts, mixes of whatever breeds make a good sled dog. If you ever get a chance to visit, I highly recommend it. Alaska's an amazing place. Oh, and after my MIL moved out of Koetxebue, she moved to Wasilla (where she is today) and Sarah Palin eventually became their mayor. What finally got him was as he crossed the street here in the states a drunkin driver hit him,,flipped him 6 ft in the air... He lingered on for another year,,I used to shave him in the hospital,, and sneak him a sip of Vodka.. We have the Mafia over here,, corruption is everywhere,,, My dad had friends connected with the Mafia,,, Truely,, They can be gracious people,,, Mom and Dad lived in Vegas.. Dad supplied gambling equipment and furniture to the casinos,, I didnt like Vegas,, So i stayed with Grand parents in St Louis... On the East side was a family that lived on the edge of Mafia connections,,,Very nice people,,They would drop by to check on me at behest of my dad.. My uncles I am sure had something to do with the Italian Mafia, but out of respect for my grandma, never let me in, LOL I just got the new ERSE Caps in the Cornwall 2's Maron !!! What a difference it made. I am so pleased, not sure if it was the ERSE Poly Caps, or they just needed new caps, but it made quite a difference! You really cant beat an enemy willing to give its life, in fact, it was not until Japan saw the red army coming that they surrendered. The advisors to the emperor of japan told him no way does america have another bomb! I am sure you know more about WW 2 then me, but I watch TV a lot.
