If you Had a $600-700 budget how would you start off your Home Theater?

I'm a little late to this party, but thought I'd chime in on the center/surrounds debate.

The center channel is way more important than the surround channels. I don't even know that I'd classify that as an opinion, it's pretty much a fact.
