Arash
I just started my Cornscala project using parts taken from Bob (Ct125 tweets, D-250X mids, CW1526 woofers, A/4500 xovers) I'm using 16mm very hight quality and dense MDF (made in Astoria) with a zebra anti-scratch chromic covering layer... the color is just pure black there is no cutting edge in the project... I'll build the cube using plates which all the sides are cut 45 degree so there is no cutting edge visible I'll use special glue + supporting parts inside + screws inside I'll post picturs of embryo stages

Arash
here we start: as weather here is so hot (about 107' F) I had to do the construction inside my house... so I use my dining table for the work: I put a blanket to prevent MDF from getting scratched: Next post >
Arash
I went to my friend's carpentry and cut the MDF sheet in plans dimensions: as I said before all the walls are cut in 45' degrees and there would be no cutting edge visible... all the parts joint together: Next post >
